So I, because I am terrible at pre-read sleuthing, JUST realised that my copy is an abridged copy.... and I have read this stupid copy, in part, twice AND cannot throw this out the damn window..... I HATE abridged versions of books - why do they fucking exist?! - and erg....

Almost the first thing I observed in Miss Murdstone was her being constantly haunted by a suspicion that the servants had a man secreted somewhere on the premises.

I am finished the copy I have.... herein lies my issue with not having the correct edition on GRs ... :( :( lol

SQUEEEE!!! I love this imagery so much!!



Must admit that Through the Looking-Glass is a smidge less entertaining BUT it's still fun :)
