Book 1 complete..... There were so many things I only half remembered! I think I deliberately forgot how that book ended! Can I slap Tom now?

Has anyone else ever noticed a similarity - although it is broad - between this story AND The Phantom of the Opera?!

Ugh, these five word sentences are killing me :/...... It's not terrible but it is "meh". I almost wish I cared enough to HATE it, but that's too intense.

One of the most concerning things, for me, about being anemic is nose bleeds.... it's so hard to explain to someone who will get a nose bleed once in a blue moon how scary it is to get them.... and how you can get one and have it persist on and off for days on end because your body lacks the iron to clot the wound properly :/

So far it's "okay".... Flinn has taken some serious liberties with the classic tale (especially with the bizarre Wuthering Heights cross referencing story )..... careful, my dear:

I love the way Beagle crafts a story, and after devouring The Last Unicorn in a mere day I promised myself not to do the same with this one. So far I have kept my word BUT that is not to say I have not thoroughly enjoyed these two shorts I've read so far!!
