Liked the first one so much I decided to start the second one!

Uh, FYI: 5am in Vegas is 5am in Portland (not 4) and 8am in Florida (not 7). Hope this preview section gets edited before the release of book 2.

Grudgingly giving this one a try; I think I got it before the brouhaha with the allegedly plagiarism in another of Lynn's series and it fits a challenge.

Saw a tag recently for "Wheel-a-thon Challenge" and was hoping one of my GR friends could tell me which group this one belongs to. If you know, please comment!

OOps, started this one and realized I never re-read (listened to) the 3rd Forbidden Desires book. Guess I'll do that one next...

Hit my Bachelor Challenge Scavenger Hunt read limit, so now I'm going through my challenge shelves...so many I never got around to!

Good start, but I got waylaid by listening to Hush and Carry On so this one is going back on the TBR. Eager to listen to it though!

Clearly a re-read is in order now that I know who the characters are and can appreciate this little short story more!

HA! I think Tom's fossil story to the law clerks is about Sue.

I made a mess of my shelves and spent the last couple of hours trying to fix it...I hope I didn't spam everyone with the corrections - I tried to change my settings to keep it from happening, but I'm not so sure I was successful!!

Damn, Tom's experiences as an undergraduate (with his advisor) are heart-breaking...his "velvet rage" as he remembers those days and all he's sacrificed since is powerfully palpable. Tal's talent at getting those feelings across, without drowning the reader (listener) in sorrow or over-selling the angst is amazing. (Although, IMHO, the circumstances would warrant rage and sorrow.)

This is so good - a master/slave story is hard to pull off well when the premise is heavily dependent on giving the slave some semblance of freedom (while still being a slave) as well as personal space and sexual choice agency.

Teeing this one up next...didn't want to get distracted by the other shiny books (like I'm wont to do). Figured seeing it on my "Currently Reading" list will be a good reminder!

In the mood for a darker LAW book...

Can't remember why I started reading this one...challenge? Going back on the TBR.

Really like when we get Laurent's POV on all the excess & immediacy of availability on clothing/food/etc. and how lost he is trying to navigate the world...so well-done.

But I started this because I needed a book based on a fairy tale, ended up reading something else (shorter) and would rather save this one for a later listen - maybe it will fit a challenge category.

I keep marking books as "currently reading" and then never get around to them or only get a couple of pages in!

Moving this one back to the TBR; I didn't finish it before the end of Dec and I might be able to use it for the Bachelor Challenge if the "holiday" category is called in a couple weeks if I start over...

WTF is going on GR? Many of my books no longer have the "date read" field completed...

Why in the ever-loving-hell hasn't this been optioned for TV yet?

Have you ever finished a book and loved it so much that you almost don't want to start a new one? That's me right now...

Started this one because it was on a list as a finalist for the Rainbow Awards, but didn't win...and I need a winner (or at least book that placed) for the White Elephant Party challenge. So, this one is going back on the TBR until I finish other shifter books for the Bachelor challenge...
