Making a note here to indicate that I am not being lazy, this is a goal to read a very specific 4 books. There may be a fifth one, but I can't remember what it is!

I don’t know if our “book club” can help with any of those; perhaps an exception can be made since it’s just the two of us! You should know that my book resolution is somewhat the opposite— I’m ruthlessly purging a book from my reading queue if it hasn’t engaged me in the first 25 pages.

3/25 Ok! I finished the first among my goal books! 4 more to go!
