Just finished reading "The Circle" by Dave Eggers. Really good book that will challenge you to think about your social media profiles and how transparent you are. Question to ponder....What if everyone knew everything you did or said, both online or at home? And should they? If these question intrigue you, then read this book.

Something a bit different - a murder mystery set in 16th century Ireland with a strong female main character...though I don't know if I'd call a story set in such a wild, dramatic landscape a "cosy" mystery!I found My Lady Judge by Cora Harrison to be very readable. 3.5★s

Really enjoyed this thriller - Black Widow by Chris Brookmyre 4★It's the seventh in a series but the only one I've read and it was fine as a stand alone novel. I do plan to check out the rest of the series :)
