Its not bad.
Just finished Shes Come Undone and LOOOOVED it! I heart Wally Lamb :)

I definitely agree. Some parts are really slow, and some are really funny.

I really want to read that. I've read I Know This Much Is True and enjoyed it.

I'm knee deep in the Outlander series, currently on book 4. These books are ridiculously long but I keep picking up the next in the series - hopelessly addicted! I'm about 1/2 way done with Drums of Autumn
I really want to read Extremely Loud and Incredibly Closenext, that was my Dec nomination.

El&IC was SUCH a good book, Alisha! We read it for our group read a while back. We had such a good discussion about it. If you end up reading it, you should check it out.

I'm making a pause on One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, for ages now, due to uni :( So I'm reading Democracy and Its Critics and The Third Wave Democratization in the Late Twentieth Century, argh. And a little of Planning Local Economic Development Theory and Practice, and will start International Organisations soon after. Boring :(

Thank you Jamie, that's great! I will check it out and change my Dec nomination. :p

I've also reserved The Remains of the Day, which I'm also really excited about, considering how much I loved Never Let Me Go. I'm also hoping to find All Creatures Great and Small sometime soon, if I can manage to find my way through the library without getting lost.

Also kind of reading my roommates book off and on called Elantris.

Well so far I'm about 300(ish) pages into it and I love it, I really want to buy it myself so I can reread it in the future. I completely recommend it, it's very original and the storyline completely sucked me.

But I don't want to get too into it :)! Bottom line, loved this book so much!

I've heard that book is hilarious! I keep seeing it every time I go into Borders. I'm thinking I should just cave and buy it! lol

I'm also reading the House of Night Series.. just about to start the 4th book Untamed. Has anyone else read these? I'm interested in the storyline, but the narrator annoys the crap out of me! The writing reminds me of things my friends and I used to write back in 7th grade. Part of me really wants to stop reading but I also am interested to see what happens.

It's a group read for one of my other groups here on Goodreads. So far I'm really liking it.

In other news, I requested and am waiting for The Remains of the Day and Maus from the library. I still can't find All Creatures Great and Small because apparently that section of the library only exists in the catalog's imagination.

Then if it's in from the library I'll be reading The Unbearable Lightness of Being.

Jen..you are reading one of my favorite books in the world! :) I hope you continue to love it. Make sure you check out the thread for it in the Past Discussion folder because I'd definitely love to talk about it again! :)
