No worries, Thenia. I'm with you though - some books just don't appeal to me any longer. Maybe they did when I bought them (obviously), but so many others have come out that the excitement is gone. Gone, baby, gone. LOL! Hope things calm down for ya.

Artemis, good luck! ^^Steph, thanks for the wishes but there's no light in the horizon for the near future.. As for your books, are there many of those? Maybe if you start reading them some of the excitement will come back!
Gah. I hate to ask this...but would it be possible to change one of the 3 books I have left to read for this challenge? I shoved
on my TBR as a way to force myself to read the book I bought by Lora Leigh, which I bought while more than likely on some very good crack. I even started it in June. Then put it down. Now I've accidentally hid it from myself & I have no desire to go hunting for it.Please? Pretty please with sugar & hunky heroes on top?
Thanks for the suggestion, Thenia. Got so many TBR I'll just let those stragglers be for now. Lethal, because you presented your case in such an adorably funny way, offered me sugar covered hunky heroes, and made an attempt at reading it, I'll allow the one switch. ;)

Thanks Sandra, Vivian & Judithe! The last book I had to read for this challenge "Dead Girls Are Easy" took almost a month to finish, it was so bad. I'm glad it's over. I'm also glad this challenge pushed me to read those books languishing on my TBR. Viva la Mt. TBR!

I loved this challenge...gave me the impetus to read (and I quite enjoyed them) several "languishing" books! mutters J. as she secretly compiles a Mt TBR list for 2012...and wonders if anyone else is doing the same....
I crashed and burned miserably on this challenge, but I did manage to read my oldest book - Wicked : The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West. But got horribly stuck on The Historian.So all in all, I finished the grand total of 1.

Why do they release during early in the week instead of like Friday when most people (me!) have the weekend off???
Thank you ladies. I have to say. This is one of "challenging" challenges. It's hard because you can not change the books. So you have to really put your thought into it.

I was crazy and made a list of 30. I got sidetracked by other books and there is no way I will finish these before the new year! I have 7 left. I guess they will get moved to the list for next year...
