I'm in Switzerland, but I mostly use www.bookdepository.co.uk to order books online (no shipping costs)... Have you tried it?

Hey Fran, I finished He Loves Lucy too and also loved it. Thanks for suggesting it first ;)

Ann
I can never decide which one I am going to read so instead of pretending like I will I am just going to say I am really impressed with your recommendations, and I will see which ones I can get a hold of. Also I have added them all to my TBR and wishlist;) I will let you know which ones I end up with!

I am so glad that you like the picks! I love this challenge too.
And let me know if you decide to read Undead and Unemployed because I just got it from the library.

I finished both You Slay Me and Zen and the Art of Vampires by Katie MacAlister. I liked Zen more than the other one, but neither book really won me over.
I'm starting Moon Called today and I got Water for Elephants, so let me know if/when you want to start reading it. I can either wait for you and we can read together, or I can tackle it solo later this month.
Cheers!

Thank you..very good picks. I actually read Roots twice before. I guess I need to put that as read on my list. I also have listen to it too on audible.
I am nw to the challenges, next year will do the A to Z....

Yes..There 2 that I dont know if I would have picked, but thats one of the reason I wanted to join, getting in challenges like these will help me read other books outside of my norm. Looking forward to it and to making new book friends/family

Just finished Moon Called and I really enjoyed it. Cool that it was set in Tri Cities, my MIL lives there, we head over there 4 or 5 times a year. Thought it was a well paced book with great characters. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series soooon.
Great rec, thanks for getting it off my TBR!

I've finished up Promises and Natural Law which was recommended to me - loved them both...i'm planning on reading the rest of both series when i get a chance

It was good wasn't it... I've put them down on my list of re-reads as well.

might have to rearrange that list ;)

Great another challenge to finish by the end of the year lol - keep 'em coming :)

I was at the bookstore today, and I found Dead Until Dark :) So I'll start that once I've finished reading New Moan xD
But I'll keep an eye out for the rest of my recs too!

How are you doing on A Quick Bite? I'm having a hard time getting into it. I'm on page 111 and thinking about starting a different book. Not sure. Did you finish it yet?

Kim - I've read through book 10 of that series and have to say that is my least favorite book (and couple). I'm disappointed they changed the order (it was the 4th book released) so that people start with it now. I'm not sure if I would have kept reading if it was the first book I read.

Ari, glad you liked it!

Hi Kim - no, still waiting for it to turn up... it's nearly at the library for me to pick up - nearly...
I'll have to perserve - it will fulfill my 'q' entry for the a-z title challenge!
Thanks for the warning Diane - I will read it, in a spirit of martyrdom, obviously :)

Photojim wrote: "I was thinking I might just continue on with Broken It's listed alternatively as Georgia series #2 and Grant County series #7. But it picks up where I left off."

Well, the series never really goes beyond light and fluffy vampires, so if that isn't your thing, you might not like any of them. I just didn't really like the couple in that book, which made the story drag for me. Single White Vampire and The Accidental Vampire are my favorites so far.

From Your TBR:
City of Bones - You have read book 4 but still have not read the first couple, I am the type that likes to read a series in order, so I think you should read the fist one.
Dark Lover - Same reason as above, it is the first of the series and you have several of the later books.
New to You:
The Girl Who Chased the Moon - I love recommending Sarah Addison Allen to everyone, I find her gentle love story combined with a supernatural overtones to be a great combination.
The Faerie Path - This is a supernatural adventure about a young girl learning that she is the a fairy princess and she travels to a different realm.
From My TBR: (more like shared TBR:)
Fairy Tale - This one looks so interesting, I have had it on my tbr for a while too.
Vampire Kisses - This one has been laying around for what seems like forever, I hope to read it, you might be saying the same thing.
Laila, I hope you get a chance to read one of these this month. If you don't find anything you want to read, let me know and I will get you some more to choose from.
