1)Tempest Rising by Nicole Peeler{Jane True #1}4/23/10♥♥ 1/2(It started out great but crashed & burned towards the middle.The jokes were not funny or amusing & Jane was an altogether unsympathetic character for me.I wanted to give it one ♥ but I will give Peeler props for the world building & introduction to new and/or rarely mentioned supes).
2)Night Life by Caitlin Kittredge{ Nocturne City #1}4/19/10♥♥♥1/2(This was a pretty fast read & I enjoyed it but did have some issues.I didn't like the male interest.An ex-pimp & current drug dealer is not sexy in my book.I also didn't like how Luna went all half-cocked into every situation & never learned her lesson).
3)Flirt by LKH {Anita Blake,Vampire Huntress #18}4/9/10 ♥♥(It was as craptastic as I thought it would be;as the last 7 books were with the repetitiveness,departure from Anita's criminal work,& turning a great series into soft-core (bad)porn.Its like I have this sick twisted love affair with LKH & no matter how bad she treats me I keep coming back for more.I need to check into LKH rehab.)
4)Night Lost by Lynn Viehl {Darkyn #4} 4/4/10 ♥♥♥♥(It toke me awhile to get into but I like how Gabriel isn't the stereotypical alpha male.Yeah he's big & badass,but he's so gentle & sweet & not a cocky douche nozzle.)
5)Angels' Blood by Nalini Singh {Guild Hunter #1} 4/15/10♥♥♥♥♥(It was great.I loved how loyal Elena was to her friends & even to the people who deserved it the least.And Raphael?I've never thought of angels in a sexual way but Raphael is pure lust on a stick.Other than that,I enjoyed the humor & the whole "You scare the living hell out of me but I still want to bone ya" thing they had going on.Defintely reading Archangel's Kiss next.)
6)To Desire A Devil by Elizabeth Hoyt {Legend of of the Four Soldiers #4}4/9/10 ♥♥(It started out really good with a promising,truly tortured hero but went terribly downhill from there.The heroine is annoying as hell & the hero acts like some petulant child having a tantrum.Big disappointment.*tear*)
7)Hearts at Stake by Alyxandra Harvey {Drake Chronicles #1}4/7/10♥♥1/2(This is basically like Evernight minus the school & only a bit better.I liked the family dynamics but I never found the romance between Lucy & Nicholas(they've known each other for years but all of a sudden he starts kissing her like crazy?) or Solange & Kieran( they honestly didn't spend enough time together for him to suddenly fall madly in love with someone he before now hated) believable).
8)Night Shift by Lilith Saintcrow{Jill Kismet #1}4/6/10♥♥♥♥♥(I loved it. Saintcrow even made me feel sympathetic for the villains,who killed people gruesomely,no less.Thats saying something.Will definitely follow through with the rest of this series)
9)Succubus Dreams by Richelle Mead{ Georgia Kincaid #3}4/4/10♥♥♥1/2(I stayed up all night reading this & all I can say is I really fucking hate Seth)
10)Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder {Poison Study #1}4/2/10 ♥♥♥♥ (It was very enjoyable.My only complaint is that I wish the romance between Yelena & Valek was more developed)

I love this series; however, I do feel like it is progressing slowly. *****
2. Divine By Choice by P.C. Cast (Divine, #2)
This is an okay series. I didn't know centars could be so hott!! I love ClanFlintan. Not too sure if I want to read the next one in the series though.***
3. Halfway to the Grave by Jeaniene Frost (Night Huntress, #1)
OMG...I am hooked!*****It was so hard to pick another book outside of this series. I want more Cat and Bones!
4. Guilty Pleasures by Laurell Hamilton (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter, #1)
I think I will like this series, even though I skimmed through quite a bit of it.
5. Fallen by Lauren Kate (Fallen, #1)
It took awhile to get into, but I got into toward the end. I will read the others in this series when they come out.****
6. Father Mine: Zsadist and Bella's Story by J.R. Ward (Black Dagger Brotherhood)
I loved this little short story to wrap up Zsadist and Bella. Zsadist is my favorite brother! :) ****
7. Cry Wolf by Patricia Briggs (Alpha and Omega Book, #1)
I loved this book. I am not sure why I like Cry Wolf but had a hard time with Moon Called. I will definitely go back to the Mercy Thompson series and try so more now. *****
8. The Mane Squeeze by Shelly Laurenston (Pride, #4)
Good, but not my favorite of the Pride series.***

It was a very dull read. I felt like Rachel complained most of the time. I like Ivy, Jenks, and I am really unsure about Nick and Trent. I might go back to this series just to find out more about them.**1/2

I just want to Further comment that I have read 2 fantastically Awesome books In a row! Shift and Silver Borne. I am on such a reading high! I also want to congratulate the authors for keeping the series strong and interesting as I know with a few series I have read after the 3rd or 4th book it lacks the same apeal as the first couple. rachel vincent and patricia Briggs have done a wonderful job.
