Meh. Maybe.

I've been meaning to read these for ages. I have all of them on my Kindle but don't want to start another big series until I finish with one or two other ones.
My next five or six reads are all accounted for. Library books, you see. Nonfiction library books.

I think I've just been working too much, so I'm tired and uninspired.
I guess I am very compulsive. When I have anything from the library I must read it before reading other stuff. It would be nice if I were as compulsive about other things, like cleaning.

I know what you mean. I love books in series and have so many I've never touched yet. I made a promise to myself, no more re-reading of old favourites until I've knocked out some new ones!

I could vacuum the place for you. Do you have a Dyson?

Along Came a Spider it is then. Thanks Kyle!

And in the spirit of the holiday season, I now plan to begin reading Edward Rutherford's "Russka"

I had difficulty with The City and The City, too.

Here are all the separate series by James Patterson. Clicking on each one will get you its chronological list.

Not sure about my next read yet."
I wouldn't have pegged you as a Jodi Picoult reader. Perhaps that's why you didn't like it....

If you like 80s glam and punk, there's an online version available (free though the end of the month) here: http://scarpati.com/CSB411/index.html
A friend gave me Evolving in Monkey Town: How a Girl Who Knew All the Answers Learned to Ask the Questions yesterday...I'm not good at assigned reading, but it's short-ish so I'll give it a go.
It's also paperback, so hopefully I don't have to buy him a new one to replace this one that I will inevitably trash.

I'm just not good at it. They get tumbled around in my bags and I always break the spine...

I'm about 3/4 done. It's getting repetitive. The book should have been cut by 50-75 pages.

Adds character.
