This is me taking another chance.
#21 plastic surgery.
The MMC was in a plane accident and has had multiple surgeries. It not in the book but it's the reason for him being a hermit. His self imagine has made that he withdrew from society. One scene of him being in a mall and child calling him a monster because of bandages etc during his recovering process.
Could I use this for plastic surgery?I know this isn't really what is asked for but I don't think I'll get anything closer to this directive.
