Andrea | 2170 comments Jeffrey Archer's William Warwick series has been a fun one to listen to, although I thought #3 Turn a Blind Eye was a little weaker than others I've read so far.

A dual timeline novel, with the historical timelines based on actual love letters written by the author's great-grandparents to each other. This is what made me give the novel a go. The historical timeline makes it a good read.

Carolyn | 9864 comments One Hundred Shadows by Hwang Jungeun One Hundred Shadows by Hwang Jungeun is described as an 'offbeat fantasy' it's set in a poor working class part of Seoul where a group of slum buildings housing many small businesses run by people on the margins of society are scheduled for demolition to make way for new developments.

This Motherless Land by Nikki May
A loose retelling of Jane Austen's 'Mansfield Park', but works much better if you don't read it as a retelling.

An entertaining indie fantasy about a man who grabs a second chance for life to save his daughter. Minor flaws, major fun.
