Is this each person reads 600 pages?"
Not Kat, but when it has a page count that is the total page count for the whole team and unless a teammate passes on the task isn't complete until everyone on team posted a book.

No, you are free to start. 😊

Is this each person reads 600 pages?"
As Roger said above, it is a total for the team. 😊 So the 4 of you each need to read a book that meets the minimum for this challenge. Or if one of you uses their pass, then the books the others need need to total 600 pages using the first edition Kindle page count. (Or whatever the page total is for different tasks. 😉)

Task 9
Kirsten: 216
Maggie: 218

Does science fiction always mean set in the future?
Yeah, this soooo isn't my cup of tea... *headdesk* 😭

Yes, from the task specifics posted under the task:
‘Historical’ or ‘Futuristic’ tags will qualify depending on the selected time frame.
Science fiction does not qualify on its own, I need something that indicates a time frame.

Sorry, having a senior moment, so if we chose future , we can use a futuristic tag without any further qualification (25 years +)

OMG... how did I miss that? Sorry! *headdesk*

And will a combo tag like 'futuristic-dystopian' work?
***edit***
Don't worry - I've found a book that works :)

So, I am not even trying to check books right now and hope to get back on track tomorrow. That means checking the completions as well as getting the tracking current. 🤞🏼
But I will add a small caveat, we are going to dinner and a show at the theater my son works for tonight. So another late night for us, though not as late as last night and not an early start like yesterday either. I still might get a late start on new tasks, but it shouldn't be too late.

Yes, that is fine. 😊
