Books selected for this task need to have been initially published in November of any year AND have an average GR rating of 4.0 or higher. Otherwise I will be looking for the earliest dated English language edition as the qualification. Please include the initial publication date and the average rating in your completion posts.

Any year, not a team decision.

Also, Kathy on your list I see Dirty Slide which just came out."

Very cute. I loved Chloe and her Criminal Minds fetish. LOL, She kept asking Boyd if his stuff was "government issued". And her knock-knock jokes. Seriously!! HAHAHA.
This was a nice conclusion to this series. Very unrealistic that the three girls would all fall for older men who happen to be gazillionaires but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I would not have minded seeing a little bit more of an epilogue for Chloe and Boyd but you can't have everything I guess.

OK, so this was a new one for me. I've never read any Lauren Blakely MM before. I'll have to check out her other baseball MM series soon. But, at times I really just felt like it was written as a MF romance and they just replaced the F with an M.
I don't know how to put my fingers on it. The story was cute, Josh and Chris did seem hot together, but I just wasn't able to immerse myself in the story like I would want to. Maybe because it was too short? I'm not sure. So, *3.5 STARS* for this one. Although I will definitely give her MM writing another try.

I know what you mean!

Review — So this is more of a 3.5 book for me, but I rounded up because I enjoy Ms. Blakely’s work! This is also a the first MM book from Ms. Blakely that I’ve read, but I look forward to jumping into some of the other books that she has recently published. This was a cute, fun, short story. Josh kind of got on my nerves at the beginning because he acted like a toddler, but he came around. Chris gloated a bit too much at the start, but he too matured a bit as his feelings grew. I think there could have been a bit more character development for me to truly believe these two as a couple. They definitely work as a couple, but it was a bit rushed and was dependent on a back-and-forth flirting that occurred before the book started. One piece I can’t argue with is the chemistry these two have...even when they are at odds with each other. Another highlight for me was the humor. There were some seriously funny moments that I always look forward to with a Lauren Blakely book.

Review: I can’t decide on a rating. I’m leaning more toward 5⭐️ but I need time to process the dark and twistyness of this story. This is a MMF story a first for Amo Jones and I think she writes it really well. It features the Midnight Mayhem world full of its chaos and damaged characters but has the added bonus of featuring the Elite Kings. I’m torn about making it a 4.5⭐️ rating just because Amo Jones has messed with my mind on this one.

All We Left Unsaidby Natalie K. Martin

Review: All We Left Unsaid is the story of Jess and Ivy: sisters who are very different but very close; but who fall apart from each other suddenly and intensely.
Told from both their perspectives, we hear about their relationship and their lives. We hear how their lives go as the sisters part ways and go off down their paths. We see their relationships, adventures – either around the world or in achieving goals.
The story was well told and well-paced. It was very relatable in many ways – the sibling relationship felt real, and the characters felt real.
Natalie K. Martin captured the spirits of both girls, and indeed, all of the other characters, too.
The author asks us at the end if we identified more with Jess or Ivy, and I struggled to decide with that. I have to be a fence-sitter on this. I'm usually very black or white, straight down the line !! I liked Jess more as a personality, as I found Ivy to be pretty self-centered and spoilt.
For me, this book is 3.5 -stars.

Review: This is meant to be the tenth and final book in the Talon pack series but it features Kaylee a tracker from the redwood pack, daughter of Reed, Hannah and Josh. This confused me slightly. Kaylee is sent to the Starlight pack in Texas to track Spencer who joined the redwoods having been born to the starlight pack. She meets a human scientist, Josh who is trying to help the Starlight pack figure out some strange deaths. She is drawn to him instantly and after tackling him to the ground and threatening him she starts to think he is her mate. I’ve liked this whole series and can’t wait to start on the redwoods which I think I should have read first. The only negatives were chunks of repetitive text, too much inner dialogue and the (my) confusion as to why this is a talon book rather than a redwood book.

yup...my second book should be finished shortly.

Review — What a fun end to a fun series! I really enjoyed Chloe’s and Boyd’s story. Chloe is kind of a disaster in social situations, but she tries so hard. I love how well Boyd understands this and finds ways to be a part of her life without triggering her anxiety. It was nice to see the other ladies from the previous books and meet Sophie’s baby!

Make Me Yours by Melanie Harlow

Review: Make Me Yours is Cheyenne & Cole's love story; it is heartfelt and charming, the kind of story that warms the heart and soothes the soul. I liked the genuine friendship that was already happening between these two, and they have so much in common.
As always, this was super sexy. There were little bits of sneaking around, which is something I love in books like this. I liked that they lived next door, and Cole would always walk Chey home or do little sweet things to care for her.
Cole, a widow scared by the unexpected death of his late wife, fears loving again. However, Cheyenne is reigniting feelings he forgot that existed. As love blossoms, pain from the past threatens everything they desire.
If you are looking for a single father & next door girl (that the brother is the best friend), this book is for you. At the same time, I want to give trigger warnings for panic attacks and grief.
I think I found a new favorite author, and I want to read all the works of Melanie Harlow.
