I plan to read 12 horror novels - not sure which ones yet
I decided to use the above mentioned lists for a short inventory of:- old books collecting dust on my shelf for ages
- new books already in danger of getting lost in the masses
- books I intend to get since forever but always find a reason not to

Huh, did not read any of those titles...guess it's not my thing to schedule my reading.
I set my yearly reading goal for 25. I expect 20 of those (at least) will be horror but I will shoot for 10 just to be sure.1.

Ok, I'm in for 20, though if it's a typical year it'll be at least twice that in the end. Starting with the Nightmare Magazine list. I've read many of them but I'm going to start by filling in some gaps, then I'll move onto the other lists. Can't wait to get started!>I've updated and increased to 25, will probably have to go higher. Reading a lot so far this year!<

The one book I know the least about is The Bottoms. It's been recommended to me by a friend, but other than him I don't know anyone who has read that book.
It's encouraging to hear you liked it, and the ratings are pretty good so I'm looking forward to it!

I'm gunning for 20. I read a grand total of ONE last year, although I started like 15 and didn't finish any of them. Still, I read more when I was like 3 than I did last year.Up to two already (yay smashing last year's total) although one of them was one of those 15 I started.....small steps. Good luck readers!!!
I actually started Ghost Story this morning, before hearing about the challenge. I'll have to poke around see about what horror books to read this year.
I've finished one and am halfway through the second. How do I get it to show that I've read one toward my goal?

If it's for a group challenge you joined that's official (like the widget at the top of the group for Horror Afficiandos), then have it set as date read but also put in the bookshelf you made for the challenge.
