Hiya, Team Caps! Thanks for volunteering to guide your team through a round of BookShelf Bingo! Your job, should you choose to accept it, will require a few things:
1 ~ Be our go-to person should we have any questions about your team
2 ~ Organize your teammate's weekly reads for each shelf/category so that the BSB Ninjas can quickly and easily verify and approve your stamp request(s)
2a ~ Create a master list in a post (preferably on the first page of your team's thread) and update it weekly or as often as necessary
2b ~ Post your team's stats on the Captain's Log prior to requesting a stamp
3 ~ Encourage and motivate your team (you may also ask to borrow Judithe's whip whenever necessary)
4 ~ Post regularly to ensure your team is communicating and on track each week
4a ~ Send them a PM and friendly poke if they haven't posted at least once a week, noted their book choice, and/or appear to have dropped out of webspace
5 ~ Send us a PM (Steph, Sandra or Judithe) should you need us for any reason throughout the game

Nici - I snooped and it looks like you have read some of The Others series too. How do you feel about being exploding fluffballs? Or I guess we could be Broomstick Girls in honor of October :)

I really hate the App so on my iPhone I go to the web page & if it tries to show you the mobile version, you can change that to desktop version at the bottom right of the screen. So it's just like viewing it on my PC.

good idea! I will try that. I think I will be reading unholy ghosts by stacia Kane for free space, need to see if it works, I looked a bit on the app and I think it will. hang on guys I will get this figured out
I loved that series! It's really different, a lot darker. And yep, it fits Option 2 under Best of Urban Fantasy List.If you're having problems, you can ask on the thread & I'll look it up for you.

I haven't found my free book yet - probably won't til Saturday. I need to read Mortal Engines, and I was hoping that would work, but its not on the shelves for Free Space (at least that I could find). Oh well - I'll be sure the next book fits :)
Yea unfortunately I don't see it on the bookshelves or any of the lists either :(But we have time, it's only the 1st week! I won't be starting my books until Sunday or Monday since I have a BR starting tomorrow and need to finish 1 other book first.

Review: This book was exactly what I expected - it was an easy, happy read (although maybe I read it a bit too early since we aren't very close to Christmas - I'm doing holidays like a store!
Basically the three angels Shirley, Goodness and Mercy are given separate assignments in Seattle - to help a boy get a dog for Christmas, to help a woman find love again, and to help a man who is about to die get his wife settled in a good place. The stories didn't interconnect at all, but they were all cute.
Never too early to start cute holiday stories :)Just started one of my reads so should have it done by next call!
I haven't felt well the last couple days so have been reading slower than usual. Luckily feel back to myself today so should be done with my free space book tonight. Will get my review posted tomorrow and then heading straight into my angel book! But today is also SHELF DAY!!

Actually I'm changing my selection for week 2. Want to finish the Jane Yellowrock/Soulwood series 1st since they are related and the next one comes out next month (& I'm already "in" this world). Plus wasn't really thinking that it would work for vampires but then duh, that's Jane's entire world so of course Nell's world touches on it too! I'll get to Guild Hunter after.Selection Post

Ok I couldn't just not choose a vampire book. I was sad that the newest faith hunter hasn't hit my library yet, but I did decide on shades of wicked by Jeanine frost.
