Glad you found a way to get out of that situation Ruth!! - being the only aide sounds miserable and stressful. The call light must have never gone off!
At my work, they've hired two junior engineers to help me, and it has made things a lot better for me as well. There's still crush periods, but at least we can manage normal times much better.
It's part of the reason I have some energy for Goodreads and reading again. I didn't read a single book in 2020! But I am starting to feel more like myself again. :)

Thanks so much Steve! :)

I've noticed that too on and off Damini! The notifications seem really buggy. What works best for me is to do Community->Discussions. At least that lists the most recent ones, even if the red "(new)" is sometimes missing.

Cool Christine. I find it odd that in different countries it takes place at different times. In the UK, daylight savings time isn’t until the 27th, which is also our Mother’s Day then.

It was daylight savings day here today - I lost an hour of sleep and am sooo tired! :(

Happy Spring everyone! It's lovely weather where I am at the minute and the sun is shining. I hope it continues.

Now I'm much better thanks!
I've had a really nice evening yesterday with some friends in a dinner with reading from Ivan the Fool by Leo Tolstoy.
Still we've not learned the lesson...

I can immagine! The houses of my childhood and young age are both sold; and sometimes I think it's better this way!
