McKensie and Lara

Mae smiled up at him and ran her hands up his chest "hey...how's it going up there? The view is nice down here!" She teased and kissed him deeply.

Torch smiled, but didn't get a chance to answer her, as soon she was kissing him again. He chose to answer her through his actions instead, pouring passion and love into the kiss as his hands wandered to her hips once more.

Mae gasped and pulled off her jacket and slipped his suit jacket off and unbuttoned down his shirt kissing his chest "I love you"

Torch smiled, kissing her forehead. "I know. I love you too. Never forget that." he whispered. He cupped her face gently and kissed her again, a little more heated this time, but still careful, just in case.

Mae held onto him tightly and got his shirt off "Torch..." She whispered tracing his muscles and moaning and leaned into him. "The floor is uncomfortable..."

Torch nodded, and smiled. "Of course." He said. He stood up with her, picking her up in his arms. He walked up stairs and into his bedroom, kicking the door closed after him, before hopping onto the bed with her. "Better?" He asked, kissing her gently.

Mae smiled and lay on top of him "hey...you sure about this...about us?" She whispered and stroke his hair kissing him passionately.

Torch nodded, smiling. He kissed her back eagerly. "Mhm. I'm sure. As long as you're ok with it?" He asked. He ran his hand through her hair gently. "I'm yours Mae. Only yours." He smiled.

Mae nodded and smiled "that's all I want..." She admitted and pulled down the zipper of her dress. And soon she was laying on his chest lovingly and kissed his jaw "I love you...thank you"

Torch smiled, his hands wandering slowly down her shoulders, and then her back to her waist. He kissed her passionately then. "You're welcome." He said, his hands reaching down to the hem of his pants. "I love you too." He laughed. "We're going to keep on saying that over and over aren't we?" He said, kissing her passionately again. The rest of the night passed in a flash, much too fast in his opinion, and soon he was cuddled beside her on the bed, his arms around her.

Mae smiled breathing a little heavily "I'm surprised no hurricanes came through...lost control for a minute there..." She whispered and kissed him.

Torch chuckled softly. "Yes. I noticed. We're lucky I didn't set anything on fire either." He shook his head then, "I don't know how we manage. You and I. We're disasters waiting to happen." He grinned and kissed her forehead. "But that, was an amazing disaster."

Mae laughed a little and nodded curling up to him and tracing his stomach muscles "nothing disastrous about it...I think the world just got a little better!" She admitted and rubbed her nose against his "we keep each other out of trouble..."

Torch smiled and nodded, kissing her forehead. "I couldn't agree more." He said, his heart warming as he watched his lover. She was what he lived for now, and he loved her with all his heart.

Mae smiled and kissed his chest and then his lips "so now what needs to be involved in our training? That was a good control exercise...kill a bird a bird with two stones..." She groaned and sat up pulling the sheet up to her chest.

Torch laughed. "I like your thinking." He shrugged. "We need to work more on your powers. Along with hand to hand combat. Control is another thing. Oh and debating. You have to be smart and convincing. Which is hard to train into someone who just doesn't have it in them. But I don't think we have that problem with you."

Mae smiled a little and nodded "I can handle anything you throw at me Alex, I've survived a whole lot worst." She grabbed his shirt and put it on crawling out of the bed and pulling up the blinds "nice day out"

Torch grinned. "You're up for a challenge, are you?" He smiled. Getting out of bed he slipped on some shorts. "Yes. It is nice out, isnt it? Want to do some flight training?"

Mae grinned and nodded "that would be fun! I would learn some new techniques!"

Torch grinned. He absolutely loved flying, and was looking forward to this. "Great. Lets get breakfast and then ill take you to a park near my place where we can fly." He offered.

Mae nodded and pecked his lips "bagels? Not in the mood to cook."

Torch nodded and smiled, slipping on a t-shirt before heading downstairs with her. "You got it." He agreed, digging around in his bread basket for bagels.

Mae got dressed and tossed him the cream cheese from the fridge "alright you have to tell me exactly how the Elder thing is going to go."

Torch smeared cream cheese on two bagels, and then tossed one of them back to her, before putting the creamcheese and bagels away. "Right. Well. There's a P.E. or physical exam where, pretty much, you shift, and they stare at your demon form and rank it on scariness." He shrugged, smiling. "Then they ask you to do a bunch of stuff, like choose how to best demolish a dummy, and fight against another demon." He shrugged. "Its very complicated and diverse, and they change what they ask you to do all the time."

Mae caught it and started to eat but she was nervous "I'm obviously going to fail the physical exam...I'm a cute demon!"

Torch laughed. "That you are. But im sure you can make yourself look scary if you really wanted to." He offered, smiling encouragingly.

Mae raised a brow and smirked "Rawr" she punched his arm and smeared cream cheese all over his face "they should judge me when I'm just waking up, that time I'm truly terrifying."

Torch laughed and wiped his face with the back of his hand. "I think you've got something there." He joked. "Maybe I can get the Elders to sneak in here when you're sleeping." he teased. "Just kidding. But maybe we could find a way to channel that?" He finished his bagel and washed his hands.

Mae rolled her eyes "it was a joke! I'll try my best...I can pass the other tests I'm sure with flying colors...just my misfortune that I'm a cute little weather controlling bat."

Torch grinned. "Yes." He kissed her cheek. "You're my little weather controlling bat." He said, smiling at her as he cleaned up and got ready to go outside. "But I'm sure you're abilities will make up for your adorableness." He grinned.

Mae smiled and turned her cheeks to kiss his lips "come on, let's head out so we can get some good time in without being caught."

Torch nodded. "Agreed." He said, walking outside with her. He lead her down the sidewalk and to the park which was a block away. Then he let his wings unfold and he stretched them a little. "Ready?" He asked.

Mae nodded and stretched out hers frowning at the slight tears she felt, when did she get those?..."Torch?...there's something wrong with my wings."

Torch looked over at her in worry. His wings tucked at his back, but didn't disappear as he walked over. His worry increased when he saw the tears in her wings. "What happened?" He asked her softly, running his hand as delicately as he could over them.

Mae winced and whimpered gripping onto his arm "don't touch...this might have happened...when I nearly died...what do I do? Alex..."

Torch pulled his hand away immediately. "sorry." He apologized. "I can heal it for you?" he offered, looking up into her eyes as he asked for permission to do so.

Mae nodded "please..." She looked up into his eyes and sighed "don't over do it...don't hurt yourself"

Torch shook his head. "Don't worry about me. If I over do myself, I'll regenerate, ok? So don't worry." He insisted. "I'm sorry Mae, but I have to touch your wings." He said apologetically before laying one hand on each wing. His eyes started to glow as the power moved through him once again. He managed to stay standing while he healed each of the rips in her wings. But the second it was finished, he passed out.

Mae careened to him and held him as she gave him her energy and went to the side throwing up "I've never done that before..." She ran a hand through her hair "what is this?..."

Torch woke up seconds later, his eyes wide with surprise. "Mae? Did you just... give me energy?" He asked her, shoked. He didnt know of anyone else who could do that without being twined with someone, except him of course.

Mae was still throwing up and sighed "Torch? Really not the time!" She thought it was normal that she could do that.

Torch snapped back to reality and held back her hair for her. "Sorry." He apologized sheepishly. He rubbed her back to try and help her. Thus really wasnt something he could heal. Whatever was happening had to finish first.

Mae sighed and finished wiping her mouth and looked at him "Alex, I'm fine...but, never pass out again clear?"

Torch nodded and sighed, relaxing again. "Got it." He agreed. "How are your wings?" Hr asked her, worried about her.

Mae smiled and nodded "they are fine...thank you Alex" she kissed his lips and rubbed his shoulders "can we drop by the drugstore...get something for the nausea..."

Torch smiled happily, before he nodded. "Of course." He picked her up and flew them both to the pharmacy, picking up some gravol for her for the nausea. Then he flew them quickly back to his house.

Mae had also grabbed a box and headed quickly upstairs to the bathroom and stared at the results "A-Alex? Can you come here?"

Torch jogged up the steps and came up behind her. "What is it?" He asked worriedly. What was wrong?
Torch laughed and grinned up at her. "You got it." He agreed, kissing her nose before rolling them so they ended up on the shag carpet, him on top of her, and smiling triumphantly down at her.
