Identify in July - Reduce that TBR!

Oh, that reminds me, I fully intended to do that. Let me see... -4 but +18. It doesn't really add up in my favour.

Lol!!!

Last book read was:
10) A book with a cover you love - The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon
which I would give 5* to - just loved it; a wonderful, short, poignant book with believable characters.
Counting the one I'll finish today, I've read 30 books for July - added 11 that I own and 7 that I own and read in July. So that's not too bad! (I didn't count my wish list as they can easily be deleted later!)

I finished 11 altogether this month, and 8 for this challenge (6 Aussie authors!):
2) A book recommended by a GR friend -
3) A book from your favourite genre - crime/mystery -
4) A book with over 400 pages -
5) A book by an author new to you -
7) A book by a male author -
9) A book by a female author -
11) A book set in Australia by an Aussie author -
12) A book set in another country -
But I've added 11 this month - although 3 of those were series - because I read books from 3 series this month, I had to add the next in each of the series, so that doesn't really count, right??
And if I can get my current read finished today (After You by Jojo Moyes - not as heart-wrenching as Me Before You, but still really good), that will bump my count for the month up to 12 (9 for this challenge - she's one of my favourite authors, so can go under that group, but not an Aussie).

#9) A book by a female author: The Twisted Knot: Constable Sammi Willis #2 by J.M. Peace* 4★s
My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
*Am now reading #7.) A book by a male author: Coming Rain by Stephen Daisley AA.* Although I don't expect to finish it in time due to other commitments, I will finish it soon and then continue on to read the rest of the books chosen for this challenge ;)

1) The book that's been on your list the longest - Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell (still the oldest book on my tbr!)
4) A book with over 400 pages The Passage by Justin Cronin 785 pages - 85% complete

I haven't done a challenge for the past few months as I have been so busy with work etc but looking forward to giving this one a crack :-)
