Bookchaser | 2021 comments Help! I'm probably overthinking on this but I'd like some advice regarding the Olympic Rings category. For 'Something Round on the Cover' does it have to show a complete circle or is a portion okay as long as the object is round when viewed in its entirety? Does the round object need to 'stick out'?

I read this book with a tattooed man having several round tattoos that are visible but not super obvious.

Hi Bookchaser, sorry for the delay in responding - RL has been kicking my butt for the last couple of weeks! As for your question, the round object does not have to be obvious, just there, and as far as the covers you showed, I would say all would work except for the moon. The others are all things that, if viewed from a different angle and/or unobscured by something else in the picture, they would be round. The moon on the other hand looks like it's at a partial phase and not full, so an unobscured picture from any angle would still not appear round (even though we know it is). I hope my logic makes sense to you!
