Book 1 - Option 2

Read Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. This is the 3rd oldest book on my Russian Literature to read list, added in September 2010.

Book 2 - Option 3

Read Claire of the Sea Light by Edwidge Danticat. Edwidge Danticat is on my most read author list, #41. I have read 2 books by her before. (I don't typically follow authors, so, do not have many that I have read too many books before)

Crime and Punishment has 545 pages, so, I claim 1 Big Book ticket. Claire of the Sea Light has 238 pages, so, combined these are over 600 pages meeting the requirements.

Crime and Punishment was published in 1866, so, I claim 1 Golden Oldie ticket for this book.

Donna M 20.1 - Most Improved - MegSCL's task: Pick a card

Using the website random.org, I drew the 2 of spades.

The suit you draw determines the book genre. One of the listed genres must be present on the book's main page genre list….
Spades: Crime or Science Fiction or Memoir

If you draw a number card, this determines the number of letters OR words in the title.

There are two words in the title of Lost Boy by Brent W. Jeffs which has the main page genres “Autobiography > Memoir”, “Crime > True Crime” and “Biography Memoir”.
