Warbreaker! Another book I give four stars. I am usually stingy with my stars, but geez, I either these have been really good books or I am just really having a good time. (both is my guess).
I am starting Ice Song. A Book about a gender swapping person in another reality. Fun, Fun, Fun!
I have 1 left. I just finished THE HOST. I haven't cried so much while reading a book in a long time... I really liked it.4.Historical - Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

I just finished reading Full Moon Rising by Keri Arthur. I thought is was okay, but I don't plan on going right out and getting the next one tonight, but I will at some point in the near future. I like the setting/world where this book takes place, and I'm confident that the series will become more enjoyable for me with each book.

9 of 9 done:1. Romance:
2. Urban Fantasy:
I was so glad to finally get another of SK's books in my hand when this came out! It didn't disappoint. This book answered many questions and filled in the blanks to the earlier novels in the series. So if like me, you felt the short stories about Fang, Vane and Fury before left you still thirsty. You will now be quenched... for a little while. You meet new characters in the book, keep your eye out for
3. Fantasy:
4. Historical:
This is a fantastic Para-Historial romance series. Each of the 7 books in the series are worth the read. The writing style is similar to JR Ward, BDB.
5. Futuristic/Sci-Fi:
6. Young Adult:
I tried so hard NOT to read this series and expecting to hate it. I'm a hardcore Laurell K Hamilton fan and prefer the more intense vampire/paranormal novels. But alas, I saw the movie and yeilded to the calling of the Twilight.... and I loved the book. Now I'm hooked and reading the series.
7. Chick Lit:
8. Erotic: ,s>The Nymph King, Gena Showalter
9. Horror:
Swimsuit: This book was not the norm for James Patterson, you can tell that from the beginning. The murder and carnage is in your face the first few chapters and leaves you with images you wish you could forget. A good book, but strange.

Sterling silver and gemstone jewelry. Right now I'm selling by word of mouth and home party, but I just set up a page on facebook for the business. Search on Belisana Designs and you can see some pics of my work. I'm always interested to hear what people like and don't like!

Ok, so, in my opinion, A CARESS OF TWILIGHT is not considered erotica. I am leaving it in that category because it seems that everyone thinks the Merry Gentry series is light porn...not that that is what I am looking for, but wow--it so NOT! I was going to start reading the 2nd in Moning's fever series, but I am going to continue on with #3 in the Merry G series. I am afraid if i put it down, I will lose interest. Right now it seems to be picking up and I am hoping that the plot will be accelerated in book #3.
So far, reading this series is like driving a Vespa on Germany's Audubon...WAAAAAYYYYY too slow!

I absolutely loved Dreamfever. The Fever series just keeps getting better and better. With each book, I like the characters more and more, and the cliffhanger ending are torture! Karen M. Moning has become one of my favorite authors. I've heard that there may be a movie at some point; definitely something to look forward to. I've been recommending this series to everybody.

reminder, reminder--a couple of PN books are coming out on Tuesday. Book 2 of the Alpha and Omega series by Patricia Briggs (more UF than PNR) and book 2 of the Dead Girl's Don't series. I mention that one in particular because Amazon still doesn't have a date listed for it, but if you go to the Author's (Molly Harper) Homepage, she shows Tuesday the 25th as the release date. So I tried pre-ordering it and its shown for delivery on the 27th (I have 2 day shipping on all my books).
Also, Tall, Dark and Fangsome is due to be released on Tuesday too.
And--on that note--er, what are September's categories going to be? Any word yet?

Mel--are you choosing the Sept challenge books? Or is Yz working on that? It's the 24th and I'm wondering what we will be working on. (Ok, I REALLLY want to know so that I know if I need to NOT read one of the 5 books I have coming in that are due out tomorrow.) :oP I know, I know, selfish of me, but I really DO want to read those books, but if they can count for Sept. I'd rather hold off and do them then.

I decided to read Wicked Lovely for my YA choice since I own a copy, instead of waiting for Blood Promise to come out tomorrow. When I picked it up and started reading this morning, I couldn't put it down. I kept saying just another chapter. I wasn't too pleased with ending; I found it to be a little on the cheesy side for me. But overall, I really enjoyed it. I loved the characters the were well written. Melissa Marr did a really good job with the villain,I really hated her! I've heard that Ink Exchange, the next one in the series is even better. That being said, I'll definitely finish the rest of this series.
