Something else that helps with nausea is peppermint (which is probably why Pepto is pink!). I used to always drink ginger tea when I got nausea. Remember, though, if you get acid reflux frequently, you should see a doctor. It could be a sign of something more serious.

hello people happy hump day

rotten day at work IT decided to work on reports that weren't working properly but managed to bust my profile so now the reports that were working don't work either grrrrrrrrrrr so spent about 3 hours trying to fix their mistakes

on a plus note found out this morning that slash had added some dates to his north American tour and turns out he is going to be in Vancouver the same time as me woohoo my sister doesn't want to go but my niece and her boyfriend are going to go with me so doing a happy dance :D hopefully we will manage to get tickets

We can buy Pepto Bismol in the UK. I find that it helps with my stomach problems but I got medication from the doctor this time because I was suffering a lot of other problems too including migraine. I'm starting to feel a bit better now.

I hope you are all having a wonderful day! After three weeks, I finally got air conditioning back in my apartment! To some that may not sound like a big deal, but in Alabama when it feels like 104 degrees outside, is 70% humidity and is over 92 degrees inside your apartment, you are about to roast!

I also hope you all have wonderful weekends planned. I am going home to see my family, I have been feeling a little homesick lately. I know I just saw them July 4th, but if I had not had prison ministry last Sunday I would have went then too.
