What Are You Currently Reading? (doesn't have to be an Aussie book)
I finished Deeper Water by Jessie Cole - fabulous! Haven't written my review yet. Have now picked up an ARC romance Tease Me, Cowboy by Rachael Johns which is her first book not set in Australia. Was going to read it for the romance challenge but it gets released this week so need to read it now!

I recently read B[book:Wolf Hall / Bring Up the Bodies. She is a very good writer, a lot of depth to the way she says things.
Started a couple of new books today - A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman, a new release that is a translation from Swedish and a debut. I have been hearing good things about it. I also started Unforgivable by Aussie writer Sharon Robards who provided me a copy (thank you!). A few people in the group have already read it and all liked it, so have high expectations :)
Dale wrote: "Haven't read ove but I am sure you will enjoy unforgivable I sure did,Sally."Good to hear - I think Julie, Brenda and Michael have read it as well.

You guys are sweet, BUT BUT BUT guess what I have? Fatal Liaison by Vicki Tyley and I almost fell off my lounge, because it is even signed electronically to me. How great is that. I've heard of electronic signatures for ebooks but this is the first time I have saw it in action. I feel special. Thank you Vicki. I am really looking forward to a change of pace with this one :)

Vicki wrote: "Sharon wrote: "You guys are sweet, BUT BUT BUT guess what I have? Fatal Liaison by Vicki Tyley and I almost fell off my lounge, because it is even signed electronic..."I'm sure I will. I am up to chapter 5 :D and I have a sister who has been missing for 20 years now so I can relate to/with what I have read thus far.
You've had a sister missing for 20 years? Oh my, Sharon, the not knowing must be so hard to deal with. I'm so sorry...
Sally906 wrote: "Hope the link works - a teaser from The Rosie Effecthttp://tinyurl.com/kp7qncp"
I read the sample... I love the voice of it. I think that is a book I would have to hold...
I'll reread the sample again earlier in the day over coffee...alternatively I might sink myself into a traditional historical romance of handsome men and beautiful woman, a touch of firm chests meeting soft curves LOL
Vicki wrote: "You've had a sister missing for 20 years? Oh my, Sharon, the not knowing must be so hard to deal with. It is a public group so you don't have to be a member to view the page I don't think.

Sharon, words elude me. Having two sisters snatched from you is almost inconceivable. I can't begin to imagine how tough the last 20 years must've been for you and your family. Hugs.
My reservation has come up from the library. I am reading Nest by Inga Simpson. So have to put aside my TBR books.
I just finished a very interesting book Horns by Joe Hill who is the son of Stephen King. Loved it!

Great review that saw me add another to that TBR. You should enjoy The Help, Sharon.
Thanks Dale and I hope you enjoy it.I'm really enjoying The Help so far. Read quite a bit last night and a few more chapters this morning. I loved the movie :)
I read the book before I saw the movie and wasn't sure I wanted to see it at first. In the end I enjoyed the movie too but still preferred the book. My husband who has not read the book really enjoyed the movie too.
I've finished The Rosie Project and absolutely loved it!!Review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I'm now starting A Girl Is a Half-formed Thing which I think will be a total change of pace!

I enjoyed The Help too Sharon - and I actually thought the film did well to keep to the story. Are you finding the book more detailed in certain parts?

Bring Up the Bodies is easy to pick up after Wolf Hall as it's just a continuation from where the story was left. The writing is just as good and she really does make all the characters very real and the events and politics easy to follow. I'll be lining up for book #3 :)
