2013 March Pick It For Me! Challenge

Good to hear about My Summer of Wes, because that cover is pretty bad! Looks like there might be a group buddy read of Frog in our future! Vanilla on Top looks interesting too, as do many of the others!

RED : Rules for a Lady
ORANGE :Lady Isabella's Scandalous Marriage
YELLOW : Virgin River
GREEN : The Secret
BLUE : Night Walker
INDIGO : Angels Fall
VIOLET : The Iron King
RAINBOW : Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor

HAPPY READING!

RED - I picked three books for you here, two hot and one with a red cover. First the hot ones, Hot Ticket by Olivia Cunning and Sweet Surrender by Maya Banks. The other pick is Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning, I still haven't finished this series, but I have enjoyed it.
ORANGE - I found two books with orange covers on your to-read shelf. One is Lover Revealed by J.R. Ward, you seemed to like the first three books in the series so why not continue!? The other is Chasing Perfect by Susan Mallery, I enjoyed this even though I haven't found time to continue the series.
YELLOW - Two more picks - this time with yellow covers! I haven't read All Bets Are Off by Marguerite Labbe, but it looks good. I did read Beauty Touched the Beast by Skye Warren and it was a sweet short story.
GREEN - This time I picked two books that have outdoor themes. You seemed to like the first few Psy/Changeling series so I thought you might want to continue with Mine to Possess by Nalini Singh. Or perhaps, Caught Running by Abigail Roux - so sweet!
BLUE - For this one I picked one with a (mostly) blue cover and two with water (sort of). I have really enjoyed Kresley Cole's IAD series and you liked the prequel so I think you will like A Hunger Like No Other too. Talker's Graduation by Amy Lane has water on the cover, so that works here and you liked the ones before it! And Divide & Conquer by Abigail Roux is set in Baltimore which is a port city, so water!
INDIGO - I picked two suspenseful books for this category. The Darkest Hour by Maya Banks is one of my favorite books in one of my favorite series. It was intense and so sweet! You listed paranormal romance as one of your favorite types of books so I also picked Pleasure Unbound by Larissa Ione. This series is all about shades of gray - humans aren't all good and demon aren't all bad. And I can't help but add this one too - About That Night by Julie James! What? They are wearing dark clothes... And you liked the first two in the series... And I'm really excited about the new one coming soon!!
VIOLET - Glory in Death by J.D. Robb has sort of a violet cover... You liked the first, so maybe you want to continue? If you are in the mood for something short and sweet, you might want to try Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor by Lisa Kleypas - also a sort of violet cover, but also set in winter!
RAINBOW - For this category, I picked two of the sweetest and emotional books I've read and they both happen to be M/M books you have on your to-read shelf too! One Small Thing by Piper Vaughn and The Locker Room by Amy Lane are both sooo good!
I hope you can find something you want to read!

So, I will be reading

So yes to Buddy read for All In and Yours Until Dawn

I hope you like the picks. I picked them all from your tbr mm shelf. I'm new to M/M. I've only read one so far, so please let me know if these picks do not work out.
Red: Strengthened By Fire by Andrew Grey- seems steamy
Orange:Only Yours by JR Patrick-begins with the letter O
Yellow:Summer Heat by Lisa Worral- Summer time
Green:Luck of the Irish by Cindy Sutherland- Green cover and it seems outdoors-y
Blue:Blue-Eyed Soul by Fae Sutherland, Chelsea James- Blue cover
Indigo:Love the Sinner by Avril Ashton- suspenseful
Violet:Puppy, Car, and Snow by Amy Lane- winter time
Rainbow:Regularly Scheduled Life by KA Mitchell- GLBT read

So here are my picks for you. I hope you enjoy them and please let me know if you want any re-picks.
Red
Rock Chick by Kristen Ashley- It has a semi crazy heroine and a bad boy hero. Which is the perfect combo in my opinion

The Witness by Roberts, Nora

Orange
Once and Always (Sequels #1) by Judith McNaught- Good historical romance. Even though I do admit to wanting to slap the hero at some points. However he does redeem himself. It is also an introduction to a new author for you. If you like this one her best book in my opinion is called Kingdom of Dreams.

Lair of Lion by Feehan, Christine

Yellow
Shadow Game (GhostWalkers, #1) Feehan, Christine

Where Dreams Begin Kleypas, Lisa- Buddy Read?

Green
Garden Spells by Allen, Sarah Addison- This is one of my favorite books. It is a paranormal romance.

The Bride by Garwood, Julie

Blue
Big Bad Beast by Laurenston, Shelly

A Discovery of Witches by Harkness, Deborah

Indigo
In Bed with a Highlander by Maya Banks

It Had to Be You by Phillips, Susan Elizabeth- Light and fluffy read

Violet
Slave to Sensation (Psy-Changeling, #1) Singh, Nalini

Dark Desires After Dusk (Immortals After Dark, #6) Cole, Kresley

Rainbow
Hunting Ground (Alpha & Omega, #2) Briggs, Patricia

About a Dragon (Dragon Kin, #2) Aiken, G.A.

Happy reading :)

RED -Seduction and Snacks and Darkfever
The first book is one I've heard good things about and the second is from a UF series that is very good and edgy.

ORANGE -On the Island and Yours Until Dawn
The first is an "O" book on your shelf that looked interesting and the second is an orange cover book that I loved. I also notice you don't have any Historical Romance on your shelves. This is a good one to try.

YELLOW - Smooth Talking Stranger and Touched by an Alien
The first book has summer scenes in it and I loved it! The second book is a yellow cover and it is a fun science fiction romance. Something new to try!

GREEN - Unleashed and Pleasure Unbound
The first one is set in Hawaii, which is an outdoor theme and it sounded sexy and fun. The second one has a green cover and it is sexy, paranormal romance that is amazing and dark.

BLUE - Mystery Man and Secrets of a Summer Night
The first has a blue cover and I've heard really good things about it. Would be happy to do a buddy read! And the second also has a blue cover and it is the start to a really great series!

INDIGO - Edge of Sight and Spider's Bite
The first one has an Indigo cover and is a book I really enjoyed. And the second book is the start to a dark UF series that I am currently obsessed with.

VIOLET - Virgin River and Waking Nightmare
The first book is a "V" book and it's a series I've heard really good things about. And the second is a violet cover and it's another good romantic suspense with paranormal elements.

RAINBOW - Rock Hard and Shadow of Night
The first book is an"R" book and is the second in a series you started. Looked fun! And the second has a rainbow cover and is a book that is outside your comfort zone maybe, but is a really wonderful story.
