The dark tower series is by far my favorites of Kings books and #4 is really good.
Look forward to talking soon
Jamie

So how do you do it?

Yeah a couple of times. Unfortunately the movie hasn't aged with grace...:P

Hello and welcome. You will really like it here. Also we have something in common IT was also the first thing that got me interested in King after that I was hooked.

Nope, a macbook. viewed through google chrome.

Can't get enough of the King.

Look forward to joining in the discussions!"
Welcome Nadine.

Welcome Anja. Pet Sematary and The Shining are not only two of my favorite King books, but two of my favorite books of all-time.

Welcome Ally. For us readers here in the US that don't know, is this a big problem in Germany?

Welcome Kyle. I can say that I am green with envy that you get to work on a King adaptation. Care to tell us how that came about?

Welcome Anja. Pet Sematary and The Shining are not only ..."
Hooray for Pet Sematary lovers. It is my favorite SK book and also one of my favorite books of all time! Christine is my personal 2nd favorite ;)

Thank you and absolutely! I applied for the Dollar Babies Film Program, which allows new filmmakers to option available titles to be used to produce short films. I was accepted in September and am currently working on the project. I'm really excited about it since I have been a lifelong fan of SK. It's a culmination of my two passions, filmmaking and Stephen King.
If you are interested in finding out more about the project there is a small production blog at www.theinfinitekey.com just click on the projects tab and Big Driver.
Thanks for asking!

@ Kyle, that is amazing, congratulations!"
Thank you!!

Welcome Risma and make sure you thank your friend. Not only is It an amazing story, they've opened a door to a wonderful world for you.

Hi Katie. I live in San Francisco, but my sister lives in Northern Minn. I'm a big King fan too. But doesn't it bother you that he seldom sets his books in the snow... in the middle of winter. The only one I can think of like that is Christine. I'm with you on The Gunslinger and The Stand though. Great stuff.

I am reading Doctor Sleep right now for the first time.

Ha - yes. The Shining! That's set in the winter! But truly, getting stuck in the snow can be enough to drive one crazy :-)

Thanks Holly. That's about the highest compliment you can pay to a writer. Of King's books I think W & G stayed with me the longest. Took me weeks to get over it. Felt that way about 11/22/63 too.

Welcome Marie. I went back a while ago and did the same thing. Although I enjoy all of King's work, I've found that I enjoy his earlier writing more.
