A. Read a book written by a blogger. Many authors have blogs, but the essence of this task is to read a book written by someone who started as a blogger and then wrote a book.
Sarah Jio writes a blog at Glamour magazine:

Stesse approved Sarah Jio (see: Post #20 )

The Violets of March (Goodreads Author) (2011) by Sarah Jio (Paperback, 296 pages)
**** Goodreads Author **** Sarah Jio
B. Read a book with a happy ending. By happy, I mean something like chick lit or romance where the girl gets the guy in the end, or a heartwarming animal story (where the dog doesn’t die in the end), etc.
I read a chick lit romance novel about a middle class English girl and a Prince of Nirona (a small island off the coast of Italy). And, following chick lit norms, everyone involved gets their happy ending.

The Runaway Princess (2012) by Hester Browne (Goodreads Author) (Paperback, 431 pages)

Option A. A book by a local author:
Gently in the Sun by Alan Hunter
I live in Norfolk in the east of England, where the author was born and lived until his death in 2005. The books are also mostly set in the county - although the places are disguised by different names they are easily recognisable even 50 years after the books were written. Strangely the recent TV series is set in the north east of England, another area altogether!
Option C. A biography of a local person:
A Scandal at Felbrigg by Trevor Heaton
Felbrigg Hall is a National Trust property about 5 miles from my home, where I am a volunteer room guide. This book tells the story of the short life of probably its most notorious resident, William Frederick Windham, who lived from 1840 to 1866.

Enchantments by Kathryn Harrison is set in Russia.
30.1. Ms. Anderson's Task - Itoushii Anime no Tame ni
I rolled a 4 and a 6. For 4, I read Jungleland: A True Story of Adventure, Obsession, and the Deadly Search for the Lost White City by Christopher S. Stewart. Stewart sets off on an adventure through the jungle to find a lost city. I'd like to be the main character because I think it would be fun to go off on an adventure like that!
Christopher S. Stewart is a goodreads author.
Option 6: The Diviners by Libba Bray is shelved as Fantasy.
Libba Bray is a goodreads author and The Diviners is a big book with 592 pages.
