"I've read this a million times to a two year old. She calls it the moon book. A little girl looks out of her window at the moon and says (wistfully) "I wish I could play with the moon" and reached for it, she said,"papa please get the moon for me" So papa gets a long ladder....
I think all kids feel connected and curious about the moon, this is a sweet book that imagines what would happen if you could bring the moon down to play and the notion of a father giving his daughter the moon is just adorable."
