801397 Well happy early birthday then :). Sorry you're still in a cast but hope you have fun shopping with your friend.

801397 Wait...I didn't even ask what day your birthday is before saying happy early birthday, sorry. What day is your birthday?

801397 Happy early birthday and congrats on level 49!

I have Loch Ness Revenge by Hunter Shea though I haven't read it. I've read They Rise by him and loved it but that's it so far. I also have Creature by him that I haven't read yet.

My March TBR is so full already though. So many books, so little time. I need to make time for more Hunter Shea at some point.

Hope you enjoy Loch Ness Revenge Melanie :)

Thank you. No, she was the one who gave me the rainbow pj's mother. My mommom gave me those pj's and it was her mom that just passed away, my great-grandmother.

801397 My granny just passed away earlier today. She'd have been 95 next month. It wasn't a surprise, but of course it's still sad.

801397 I plan to close the nominations and make the poll later tonight, in close to a day from now. So still time to get those nominations & +1's in!
801397 I think I was exposed to vampires first through Buffy the Vampire Slayer
801397 I think the month i'm having might be why it was sort of "meh" to me. I might have liked it more if I was feeling better.

I do enjoy vampires more than werewolves though. I love vampires so much, so some of it is also just personal taste.
801397 I finished. I did like it, I just didn't love it but i'm not sure if that was the book or me to be honest. I feel it probably deserved more but my enjoyment level just wasn't there. I gave it a 3.25 as I did like it. Glad I finally read it. Not sure if i'll continue with the series or not but I don't regret reading it.

Sorry my feelings are kind of middle of the road.
