Mermen made me think of Stealing the Wind by Shira Anthony which I have but haven't read yet. I know it's an adult m/m romance with mermen. I don't know if that sounds interesting to you or not, I just happened to be thinking of it anyway from thinking about what books to read for Merfolk May lol.

Have any suggestions or questions about the group post them here!

1. Sexual role-play is not permitted.

2. No spam, porn, or extremely offensive content (eg. pro-nazi etc.). As for the porn, discussing erotica is fine, it's an 18+ group for a reason, but no posting porn pictures.

3. No attacking other members. Discussions are encouraged, disagreements happen, that's fine. Personal attacks are not.

4. Have fun!

You can make new threads by clicking on a folder name and new topic, or just "topics: new" to the right a bit of discussion board, or "more discussions" and "new topic".

Feel free to suggest new folders. There are folders for separate creatures, for different genres and a few others. You can choose from all the available folders when making a new topic. If you think a new folder should be made, just let me know. I'm sure I haven't thought of everything!

You can also add books to the group bookshelves.

Also I know sometimes things may fit in multiple threads. Feel free to put something where-ever it fits.

We will suggest a theme and take suggestions for the book to read. After that, there will be voting on polls then the winner will be announced. We would like to do this once a month.

Whether you like fantasy, horror, paranormal romance, sci-fi, merfolk, zombies, vampires, aliens or fairies (among countless other genres and creatures), Young Adult, Adult or Children's fiction, it's all fair game! Just have fun! ^_^

My name is Tyler. I'm a Non-binary person in love with reading all over the place. Any creature, any genre, give it to meeee. My favorites are probably vampires and horror, but I also love mermaids, aliens, paranormal romance, urban fantasy etc.

A little about me..i'm bisexual and am always looking for lgbtq+ characters. I live with my pets (2 cats and a dog at the moment) and my husband. I love to read, watch tv and movies, play video games, watch and make booktube videos. I'm disabled and have a lot of time on my hands.
