I'm in again! This time I want to read as many books as possible from my shelf started-waiting-to-happen (all read marked ☺). I'll re-start them all - I'm aware many of these I'll abandon for good this time. I made another list for books from previous years and similiar challenges from other groups (To Read list) and I hope at the end of the year I'll read 30 books.

I had the issue as well and tried to fix it on my own but it didn't work. I read about this pretty often in the last few months so it looks like a programming bug. If you contact the GR support and describe your issue they fix it for you and you can create your private group.
A question to Option #3: can we add book # to reach the Fibonacci number? I have so far 2973 on my shelf and would love to got for the Bunny Explosion level. I could add the remaining books I own to GR (though I doubt I'll reach 10,946) but I'd rather read instead of doing it :-)

I started today day 3 and I have to say I like Russ less with each chapter. For me he's the creepiest of those three and I dislike the way he thinks and lives - especially his egoistic behaviour in his marriage.
I really hope the homeless guy is the perp but I'm not really convinced of that. I like it so much I still have no real idea what happened that fateful night.
The person I'm wondering most about is Zac - especially why he didn't got his own POV. I suspect more and more he could be the perp - he's too important for such a minor role. Let's see how it will play out.
CONTAINS SPOILER if you didn't reach chapter 11 yet.I read yesterday another 4 chapters - planned to read the entire second day but was shocked by the stylistic change at the end of Jade's part (4th chapter of day two) - previously everything that was told from her POV was written in 1st person now in 2nd and I started to wonder why:
- Is it a case of split personality?
- Does it reflect this specific situation only and was the only possible way to express it?
- Or is it just a mistake (though I don't really believe it - all the other POVs are written in 3rd person)?
- Or is it something else I didn' think of yet?
Another thing I noticed the number of chapters for the three days equals 7 (day 1 & 2) or a number divisible by 7 (day 3 with 35 chapters) and was wondering why as well - is it becaue of the number of days within a week, seven as devine number or .... I'm wondering as well if it will it be disclosed later in the story :-)
I have a linguistic question:
How do you express it the other way round it's a number divisible by 7 - a multiplication of 7? I'm not sure about and since I'm a number junkie I always love to find out that kind of stuff :-)))))))))
I don't like all these whitchcraft references in Jayden's parts - it's just not my cup of tea and a reason I struggle with her more and more. In the beginning I kind of felt with her and Camden because they are so socially inept and I really love to support the underdogs :-) but now like her less with each part :-(
Almost forgot: At first I found her mental scripts somehow amusing the last two though I was wandering if I just don't get the point due to the language or if it's another case of varying tastes.

I let myself distract by my other books today and insteda of chapter 7 I'm still at the beginning of chapter 5.
As for the father part of the answer will come soon but I suspect the full picture will come together somewhere near the end :-)
I really love the way how the pieces of this puzzle come so slowly together.
I agree about Cameron and his reaction - becomnig sick, when he hears the news was the strongest point to convice me he couldn't do it - except you are dealing with a person with multiple personalities - or how ever you call it in English.
Though if you think Cameron is creepy wait until you get to know Jade - I have a really bad feeling about her and wouldn't be surprised at all if she's the one who killed Lucinda - but not sure yet.
I love the way the author is playing with varying styles for each character and how the style of narration alone indicates the character. If I got it correct the most complex is Jade; the most broken Cameron and wasn't able to figure out Russ yet - he has issues and I think it's somehow linked to Cameron's father. We'll see how they develop.
