When I first glanced through the new Wheel tasks I read the MOIST one as the word being in the title. Did a quick search and discovered we could read either porn or how to cook moist muffins and cakes.
hahahaha

I can read Sparkling Cyanide by Agatha C to cover MPG crime and the featuring death task for Discworld.
Finishing Tom Hanks
first though. 400 +
Any AC would cover that if anyone wants it.😀
Unless…does it mean Death as a character? Eg Death is the narrator in The Book Thief.

And another rebellion in Dictionary of Lost Words. Suffragettes!
Okay — aliens 😀

Actually now I think of it the teenage daughter Ryder in Judge’s Girls had a teen rebellion and got into police trouble with some friends. She was feeling ignored and neglected by her mother and half sister.

Not sure Youth is going to work for rebellion. He's left Cape Town because of apartheid and the growing unrest of both the black South Africans and his own dissatisfaction with his life.
Hmm. Is that enough?

Post colonial is a difficult tag to find. I have a couple of the Camus books that are listed but they're tagged colonial rather than post colonial. I thought I had A Passage To India but don't. I can check the library for it although someone else might like to read it. Or tackle Heart of Darkness...

I've nearly finished a 400+ and have several more on the TBR after Youth.

Just a little note: we cannot replace books already..."Okay Well we can use Youth then for a rebellion. I haven't read that yet. It's short so shouldn't take too long.

For the rebellion task would personal or one man rebellion count do you think?
If so
might work and also covers the Sith title task. The hero in that does his one man rebellion against the removal of his home town area from the map because it's deemed too undesirable a place. He ends up in the High Court.
I'm about to read Hotel Du Lac which covers the Booker Prize task of The Sellout. The Remains of the Day won the Booker too.
Also picked up
by JM Coetzee at the library. In that the main character rebels against his strict parents and also the regime in South Africa and escapes to live in London.

I haven't noticed anything different.

I think that works. My first thought when I saw the topic, after the obvious princess meaning, was a precious, spoilt type young woman.

Winter Of the World
could be used for the rebellion task I think. A couple of characters fight in the Spanish civil war against Franco, there are resistance fighters all through WW2 rebelling against Hitler’s forces not to mention the war itself and the Japanese in the Pacific..
It was used in Team Tower for an A but that should be covered fairly easily. And we do have plenty of 600+ books it seems.
