@Sally,
Sorry, middle names are not allowed in this challenge. :(
@Brittany,I went back to double check your Wheel shelf and found Home Before Dark and Untethered, so you can ignore numbers 4 and 5 in the above message. The little buggers were just hiding from me a bit!
@Brittany,I'm helping Jessi out a bit, so I've been going through your books and getting them on the planning sheet.
There are a few things I need from you, please.
Could you please:
1. Choose a task for Fairest
2. Choose a task for Home Before Dark
3. Choose a task for Untethered Soul
4. Add Home Before Dark to your Wheel shelf
5. Add Untethered Soul to your Wheel shelf
6. Choose a task for Blood Bound
Also, in post 659 on July 22, you stated that you would finish The Dilemma. Did you get it done? If so, please post your completion on here (along with your choice of task) and add it to your Wheel shelf also.
You've been doing a lot of reading! I want to make sure we have everything up to date and correct! If I've left anything out, please let me know.
Thanks so much!
Jessi,I found that plurals are allowed!
Actually, I won't need it as I did find "love" on page 7 (5 people) for the book, Mere Christianity that I will be reading.
Oh Jessi, I am so, so sorry about you and your husband. There's never a good time for a separation, but so near your birthday is really hard! This is not a time to be feeling weighed down with a little reading challenge, when you've got so much happening in your life. If you would prefer to drop the captain duties, I'd be happy to co-captain with Nikk. I've co-captained on other challenges and I'm sure Nikk and I could work it out ok.
Just want to offer help if you need it. If you can use the distraction of captaining, I understand also, but just want you to know if you'd like help I can fill in for you. Feel free to PM me if there's anything I can do. Sending you healing thoughts and virtual hugs!
Jessi,Also found a tag for "love" for a book I'll be reading Family Furnishings: Selected Stories, 1995-2014. It's page 5 (1 person).
I think they're being very strict about the tags, but could someone please clarify for me...Can I substitute "loved" for "love"
and "arts" for "art", or does it have to be exact wording?
Jessi,I found a tag for "art" easily for the first book I plan to read, The Painted Girls. It's on the MPG (142 users).
Looking for the tags can be so time consuming! Love it when it's easy!

Thanks for this info, Megan! Starting to plan my books!

Zoë wrote: "If someone wants to read for an X or a C (the last two to finish that last one) I will do the other one! I think I can fit one more book in before the deadline. Let me know! If not, I won’t bother ..."I would have offered Zoe, but it looks like we got that last one done. Yay! We do have a lot of books that have not been posted as finished yet in the other spell outs. Hoping people have read them and just not posted yet, or our results are going to be a little gloomy!
Finished my last book for this round, but if we really need a letter just let me know...I have some other books on hand that will work.Way to go getting all those X's team!
Celanchia, I think you'll enjoy Crazy Rich Asians, since you liked the movie. It will be a much easier read! I tried so hard to make it through the Scarlet Letter, but dnf. Maybe one day....
I should finish my audio today, then hoping to get one more in before the deadline.Jessi, is there any way you could please give us a heads up of 4 hours or more as to the cut off for when you need all books posted? I understand that you need to do final revisions for the SS, but if we could have more notice that would be helpful for getting all our books posted in time. I'm afraid last round my final book just missed the cutoff as I didn't see it in time when the warning was just 30 minutes. Thanks!

Doesn't help because it shows the end of the week and not the round?"
Midu, this round ends Friday, July 24 @10pm London, England time. The clock automatically computes your time. For me on the east coast of the US, I have 4 days, 23 hours, 39 minutes left as of right now.

We didn't run into too many people on the trails, but our cars got broken into by bears and this morning we saw a momma bear and her two cubs off the deck of our house. The grandkids were so excited! Great to get away from civilization for a bit!
I finished The Body. Excellent! I’ll add it to the planning sheet on Sunday or Monday. We went to the mountains this weekend to celebrate our son in laws 40th bday and get away from all the people and the virus, which grows more everyday in our state of VA.
Kate,Definitely no penalties for reading more than promised! Read away! It seems like everyone has turned up the burner for this round! Way to go team!

Zoe, I loved that book! I tried to pick from lots of different genre for my recommendations. My favorite genre is historical fiction. I learn so much when I read those books.
