35559 Just so you know, I'm off in a bit for the evening for our granddaughter's 5th birthday party with family. She's so excited! I love the excitement in young children!

If I'm not back on this evening, I'll check in tomorrow early afternoon.
Good luck with all your reading, team!

35559 Team,
Jessi says we need some R's and U's read if anyone has time to read something more please look for those letters.
Thanks!

35559 @Kate,
Your book, The Burning Island, has a count of 416 on the planning sheet, but the edition that you read on your shelf has a count of 352 (it's the paperback edition). Could you please check and make sure the edition you read is the one on your shelf?

35559 Now we're all set! The app is horrendous! I'm sure that was the issue. Rereads are nice for challenges...really speed up the reading time!

Zoe,
I looked again at your shelf and Mockingjay is not on it. I refreshed it and tried some other things, but it's still not showing. I see your other two Hunger Game books, but not that one. Could you please check again?
Thanks!

According to the clock in Post 6, there is 1 day 6 hours until the end, which is Friday 10pm, London time. The clock automatically computes from London time to your time. So for me in Virginia (EST) the end would be 5pm Friday.

Bummer, Brittany, it doesn't fit. The title and author do not start with any of the letters in ROCKY MOUNTAINS and since it's non-fiction, there are no character names. Thanks for trying!

Great!
Also, please add Mockingjay to your shelf and check the edition you read for The Streets Have No Queen, so we can get the page count to match.

35559 Zoe, just a friendly reminder if you can get your tasks on the planning sheet soon, it will save me from a mad dash trying to get them checked off before this round ends. Thanks!

35559 Jessi and team,
Just so you know I will get my books finished in time. I'm mostly done with them, but waiting until Aug 6 to finish them, so they can count for the first round of the challenge in Turf Wars also.
Gotta make these books count double or triple for other challenges!

35559 My book for round 5, Leave Only Footprints: My Acadia-to-Zion Journey Through Every National Park works for "hiking" tag on page 3.

It's good, although to me not as good as Pearl Earring. I hadn't really thought much about the connection to Quakers and the Underground Railroad though, so that's been interesting. Also, I grew up in Ohio, so that's always fun reading about an area that is so familiar.

I misread that! I didn't realize it needed to have morris included. I changed it to 4 people on the cover. Thanks for catching that!

35559 Ann, I loved Girl With a Pearl Earring! Hope you did too! I'm currently reading another one of her books, The Last Runaway and liking it also.

35559 One more thing, Zoe, as I've been checking your books.
The page count for Olive, Again for the edition you posted is 304 pages, but the page count on the planning sheet is 289.

Thanks so much!
