For anyone who has read the new series by Keri Arthur The Lizzie Grace Series this is really a great series, seems to get a bit better each book, reading book #3
Hunter Hunted.
First 2 are:
Blood KissedHell's Bellsmall amount of romance, lot of murder mystery type plots with some overarching things, really exceptional series

I also recommend that you read
Iron and Magic before
Magic Triumphs since it will keep down some confusion and the events in
Iron and Magic precede
Magic Triumphs

Just noticed nobody else has actually published a review either (must have got the same instructions)

For reasons I did not really understand I agreed not to publish a review on Goodreads until 3 days before release so if you want to read a review you might find one here :)

The Dark-Hunters were the top series I read for several years but as far as I am concerned (and many others) the series died after Acheron, it was never the same, never held that overarching air of mystery and the humor and romance was overwhelmed by torture and violence (which normally I love violence LOL) . She should have just started a new series and left those 11 books to stand alone as a completed work. Part of the problem with the above sentence is the insertion of the Dream Hunters and seems like there was one more that was being published concurrently that overlapped the series (I liked them all) but everything died with the release of Archeron IMHO. I am interested in her Deadman's Cross novels although I have not been able to read them yet
Lulu wrote: "Doug, are you still reading the Argeneau series? I got a notice of a GR deal this morning for
but I think I'm about 4 or 5 books behind in this series."I still read it and enjoy it but not as much as those first 6-7 books

For those of you who read
The Duchess Deal by Tessa Dare the second book in the series (which has little connection to book 1)
The Governess Game will be released in 9 days and I was granted an ARC and I am about the 70% mark and it is just as good as book 1 and if you have not read either of them I highly recommend you do, great dialog, intelligent main couple and some laugh out loud humor. In what I assume was an effort to get readers hooked, book 1 (which I bought) was only $1.99 while this new book is $6.99 which hopefully will drop after release but both are excellent reading and most historical romance is tripe, these are excellent entertainment. Probably not as memorable as the novels of Kerrigan Byrne these are just really fun reading for an afternoon or 2 when nobody can see you laughing out loud at some scene you were not expecting to be so funny.

Finished
Scotland or Bust and really enjoyed it, this is the third book in the series, I loved book 1, book 2 was a bit of a let down but this one was pretty much as good or better than book 1. :
Winning the Billionaire series
69 Million Things I Hate About You (Cole)
The Billionaire's Unexpected Baby (Brooks)
Scotland or Bust (Harrison)

Finished
While the Duke Was Sleeping and by the end it really was not much more than a 3.5 Star , not a bad book and it did keep my interest but the H was too overbearing and humor was almost nonexistent. Don't think I will get any more in this series, the movie was much better.

I had a couple of days to read anything I liked and this one intrigued me
While the Duke Was Sleeping so I grabbed it and for the most part it is a blatant ripoff of the movie "While you Were Sleeping" but even though so far (30%) it has followed the movie plot 90+% I am still enjoying it, there are a couple of twists already since for one thing he and his brother pretty much hate each other. They author must be doing it pretty good since I did not imagine the heroine as Sandra Bullock :)

I cannot speak her name or she may rise from the almost dead :) Her last book was released almost a year ago and only has 9 reviews and since she has been known to write her own reviews under fake names it is probably less.

:)

Ahhh Aussie Girl, the keeper of lost causes and series the rest of us have given up on LOL (including The Author Who Shall Not Be Named)

Finished
Goody Two Shoes and it was really good, funny and entertaining. I finally figured out I had it because somebody recommended it AND it is FREE to all. I recommend you grab it while it is free and read it at your leisure.

Well in a very UNoriginal plot, I bought this one anyway, I liked the plot in the modern world, I am hoping to get as much entertainment from the historical romance version :)
While the Duke Was Sleeping

I needed something different so I grabbed
Goody Two Shoes which somebody here must have recommended since I have no idea where I got it from since it was in my TBR. So far pretty good, good humor and decent story so far.

Is there a reading order for those books? Are they all stand alones?

Well after zombies and blood and killings I needed something a bit lighter before I started in on the several books I have to review later this month so I grabbed
To Sir Phillip, With Love and as with all the others in this series so far I already find it humorous and enjoyable.

Well I got some of what I thought was bad news from the PR person for Nalini Singh at Berkley publishing concerning "
Archangel's Prophecy " which is due out in October and I quote "This one has a big cliffhanger and I am very curious to hear what you think!"
Uh, well as a general rule cliffhangers SUCK! Since she sends me free stuff I just told her I was disappointed to hear that.

OK, I have killed the forum, over 24 hours no post
