That IS good! Congrats. :)

How Frequently You Should Post on Social Media According to the Pros from Sept 12, 2016.

Hello Nikola! Glad to have you here. :)

That is an article about how often to post on social media sites. I am sure I can dig up your Forbes article again if you want me to. ;) Lol it was a great article, Carole. I understand the black shirt thing too. I only have one nice shirt in my closet that isn't black or a dark color and it was given to me as a gift.

I was looking more into Twitter and ran across this article from Forbes:

Scheduled times is important. On Facebook, you can look at the insights to see what days of the week and time your followers are on facebook. That info is under the posts section of the insights tab.

Wow! My first tweet is already getting responses from people i don't know. When someone retweets you, is there something you should do to thank them? For example, on Facebook I try to like a share. Or do you just leave it alone on Twitter? And thanks for being my first follower Alex! You are on it!

Ok...I did it. Peer pressure wins again. I created a Twitter account. Please let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions. :) @EGrahamAuthor

I get that, but if you have something happen to you too because you wait too long then it would be even worse. I am sure it's just stress. You do have had a lot going on. But stress does affect the heart. Make sure to get in as soon as you can. Don't make us get the next available flight and force you go to the doctor. ;)

I have heard it is addicting...another reason I am hesitant. I am already on Facebook and Goodreads a lot as it is.
Alex wrote: "In my defence I have had a lot going on, and more important things. I suppose I could have got them to give me a scan while I was at the hospital with my mum, lol."Ok...you triggered my mom side. Lol Those other things are not more important than your life! While it may just be muscle aches, heart symptoms can radiate to various areas. Better safe than sorry. As Carole said, go see a doctor ASAP! Nagging done. Hope you get the answers you need. :)

I have though about it. I am just worried it will take a lot of time to keep up.

Welcome Emma, fellow Sherlock Holmes enthusiast! Happy to have you here. :)

I don't have Twitter, but I do use Facebook. I try to limit posts that are directly about my books, but I will post a little more if I have a special promotion. I am getting ready to do my Facebook hop tomorrow so I posted today and will post both days during the hop. I am always scared if I post too much about my books, I will have people unfollow me. Being that most events only last a few days, I have no problem posting once each day. If I have a sale that lasts a week, I will only post twice during the week, sometimes 3 times.
Amy wrote: "Can you just imagine the conversations I'd get into if I did one of them?! (Not happening btw)"They would definitely be interesting conversations!

Wishing you the best of luck, Amy! I hope you are able to find creative ways to get your name and books out there.

When you do feel ready, check with local libraries and bookstores. Some have a no book signing policy, but some are happy to host local authors for free and even help with publicity. I find that some of these events are smaller making them less intimidating. And if you don't have to pay a booth fee, there is no risk of loosing money. :)
