I am getting ready to finalize the participant list. Be sure to let me know by tomorrow if you are interested in your Facebook author page being a stop on the children's book Reading is Fun Facebook Hop tour.

I love your mom's response. She seems like she was a smart woman. ;)
Being the oldest, I have tried to pull that too. My dad lucked out though since it is just me and my brother. He plays along and says I am his favorite daughter in the whole world and that my brother is his favorite son. At their birthday parties, my dad and his brothers could always get a good laugh when reading cards from their grandma (my great-grandma). They would always read their card out loud and insert the words "to my favorite grandson". She would get so flustered and insist to the other grandsons it didn't actually say that. We would all get a good laugh and so would she. Sadly we had to say good bye to her last Friday. She lived a very long, inspiring and fulfilling life. She was 101.

Haha! I agree. That is always a hard question. There are certainly aspects that I like better about the different books, but I can't say that makes one book "better" than the others.
Happy 4 year anniversary P.D.R.! And congrats Judy on the honorable mention. That is quite an achievement! :)
There are still a couple days left to join the list for the hop. This is who I have down from this group: Ben Jackson, Carole P. Roman, Becky Benishek, Karl Beckstrand, and Judy Martialay. If you contacted me and your name is not listed, please let me know. If you are interested in joining us or if you have further questions, I will be happy to help answer them.

I enjoy getting updates, especially since they are about major things happening in the group. It helps me feel like I am not going to miss out on anything big. :) Thank you for your hard work in this group and for always being available to its members. You are doing a fantastic job!
Cool! Could you add Talking Tales Puppy's Bubble, Talking Tales: Cricket's Guitar, Talking Tales: Sam's Sticky Sucker, and Talking Tales: The Bright Red Tricycle? Or at least just the first two if four is too many.
My good news, I am finally beginning to get some results from mommy/homeschool bloggers! I am being featured on Pro Educational Toys, the current #1 blog spot on Top Baby Blogs, this week and next! Here is the link to part one: http://proeducationtoys.blogspot.com/...
That's great Carole! Like I told Ben, I know I have it already, but could you message me your email address and Facebook page so I don't accidently overlook you when putting my list together?Maybe your best selling book or a recent release. I am reaching out to indie children's book authors in other groups so we can get as many participants as possible. There will be a wide variety of books so I would do whatever you think will stand out in the crowd. You will list your prize in a paragraph that I will send you next week as the top post on your Facebook page for those two days. You are welcome to giveaway anything you want (a book, gift card, etc). I wont need to know your prize before hand since it will be on your page. I already have authors from Canada, Australia, and England participating so I think we are going to have a wide range of guests. :) Very exciting!
