Nearing the half way point of this novel and finding it absolutely wonderful! Although different to what I expected, it's a joy to read! I can tell tonight is going to be a late reading night!
The nomination threads for November are now up! They'll close on the 20th!
And don't forget, it's only one week to go til our Halloween Readathon! Does everyone have their books ready?

Michael, that's awesome! Set it up if you want! :)

I'll probably be doing a mix of Uni reading and spooky reading for it. Still finalising my list!

Sandy, they'll be up in the next few hours! :)

Finally getting round to reading Dracula! Loving it so far!

That is a really interesting idea, Lucy, thank you!
Personally, I like the idea of having quite a varied month, but it's definitely an idea we can use if people are up for it!

Glad I could help, Mike! And welcome to the group! :)

Have many people started this? :)

Finally got round to reviewing a book! Finally!

I might see if I can read this tonight :)

It has the potential to be so informative!
My flatmate is doing a Neuroscience module in Psychology, and hates it. And then I'm there geeking out going 'But that sounds so interesting!'.
Clearly I'm just too sad...

Part of me thinks it might be easier on people if we combine Science and Maths? It just widens the spectrum a bit?

Oh my god, stupid phone, sorry! :P I'll edit it when I get on my laptop!

The Pearl seems to have been really popular this year, Camisole! There's been a lot of talk about it in the group!

And then there's me with just English!
I struggled with languages in school, but have picked up a module in Beginners Spanish for my semester year at Uni. While I definitely won't be able to read fluently, I'll at least be able to say I know a bit of a language!

Iasa, you seem far harsher than I am when rating books! But then again, looking at what the stars
actually mean, maybe I've been a bit generous!
