Copyright and ISBNs in Self-Publishing

I am currently readying my manuscript for publishing as an ebook, which means formatting. First, though, I needed to set my story up like a proper book, with all the wonderful things in proper books: table of contents, acknowledgements, forewords, afterwords, and so on.

So I started work on the title page, and, sadly, work did not continue.

It was all the fault of the copyright. You can laugh. I had no idea how it worked.

Cover Art and Distractions

Dear Blog Diary,

I have not yet completed my cover art.

I do not know why this is. I am working hard, but I just keep getting distracted.

Perhaps I need more twizzlers.

Oh my... First Blog Post Ever?

Well, hello!

I'm not exactly sure where to go with this after the greetings. I am not much for blogging, I'm afraid, but as I am about to embark on a scary and possibly reckless venture, I thought it only appropriate to record it in some public fashion, so that if I failed miserably there would at least be people there pointing and laughing, and (since this is the internet) possibly trolling.

This is just sounding worse and worse by the minute.
