Oh my... First Blog Post Ever?

Well, hello!

I'm not exactly sure where to go with this after the greetings. I am not much for blogging, I'm afraid, but as I am about to embark on a scary and possibly reckless venture, I thought it only appropriate to record it in some public fashion, so that if I failed miserably there would at least be people there pointing and laughing, and (since this is the internet) possibly trolling.
