5 Contemporary romance books that I’m obsessed with

I love romance books. There I said it. I guess it started with the YA fantasy books. Always a dash of romance, a couple I could ship and root for. Preferably not the focus of the story because when the world is literally falling apart, sucking face is a little unrealistic.

But then came the historical romances. I must admit, I used to think they were only erotica, based on those covers. They’re quite misleading. What I found was wonderful stories about determined and amazing heroines with t...

¿Primera o tercera persona?

How to approach blogging stats with a positive mindset

I’d begun to think about this topic again a while ago. I’ve talked about stats before, but you know what? It’s easier when you’re doing ‘well’. Whatever your definition of ‘well’ is. I remember when I felt like I wasn’t getting enough traffic, enough comments on the blog. I was very frustrated and sad at the prospect that people maybe didn’t like my content. Then I finally had the giant epiphany that people needed to see the content, before they could do anything else. And they wouldn’t se...

How to get started with the right foot on #bookstagram

Disclaimer 1: You don’t have to be on bookstagram

Disclaimer 2: I still mostly just wing it.

But, for many of us, it’s true that where we are, is so much different than how it was when we started out. Everything, blogging, bookstagramming and booktubing is about experimentation. You’ve got to find your style, your voice, and what your own audience wants. But, man it’d have been so much better if I’d known a couple of things from the get go!

Follow some decent-sized hashtags

Following boo...

I’m Tired of People Looking Down on Young Adult Books -Are you not?

This has been a thing for a while, and it’ll continue, I guess, for a while as well. That doesn’t mean I’m going to be any less okay with it. And if the only thing I can do is to talk about it as much as possible, then that’s what I’ll do.

I don’t how to put it any other way, but it pisses me the hell off.

I really wanted to read these books in 2018

There are always those books you keep dragging with you through the years, unread, hoping this would be the year you’ll finally get to them.

I don’t really have easy access to YA english titles, so this list would be a lot longer if I counted the books I can’t actually buy because of my situation. I’m only going to talk about a few books I’ve either bought as ebooks, or physical copies, and didn’t get the chance to read them last year, or couldn’t buy, but because I gave priority to anothe...
