Fall vibes: Cozy and mysterious books to read in october
Do you also enjoy sometimes matching your reads to the seasons? Because I love it.
It’s just funny where I live we don’t really have seasons, but oh well. I live vicariously through this kind of books. For fall-themed reads, I like my books a little mysterious, sometimes with a lot of angst, and also magic. This is a given for every time of the year, but specially so when I imagine what the bookish fall vibe means to me.
Now on with those books!
Atmospheric and mysterious

How these social platforms fit in your overall blogging strategy
Every day a new social media site seems to pop up, and we, as bloggers we often wonder whether we should sign up, if we’re missing out on anything if we don’t, how we’re going to keep up with all the content production, and what content we should even create for each platform.
It’s exhausting to think about, to say the least.
And I even understand deciding NOT to think about it at all. It happens, and it’s totally valid. A lot of times it gets very overwhelming for me as well.
Often we think ...

January-July 2020 reveries: my heart needs to breathe
Yes! We’re still doing these sporadic catch up posts!
Evidently, I’m not the best at being consistent with these wrap-up posts. I mean, the last one, now that I’ve checked, was on August, LAST YEAR, which is nuts. I hadn’t realized it’d been that long, probably because I haven’t been posting too frequently.
What’s new?
As things evolve, and get better, and at the same time, somehow worse in the world, these weeks have become an opportunity to listen to hard, and sometimes downright uncomfo...

How my relationship with romance books has evolved
During the past year and a half, there’s been not-so-subtle shift in my reading tastes. Before, if somebody asked me what I was reading, it was always some incredible young adult fantasy adventure. Now, the answer comes with a slow, proud smile while I say An adult romance book. Here, I’ll show the cover with my newest shirtless crush on it.
I’ve come a long way since I read my first romance book from my mom’s stash. It’s different, reading a fantasy book with romance, than a romance with ...
