So, I’d very much describe it as a moving forward month. I think I’ve left my reading slump behind, and I’m trying to get back on track with my writing as well!

Is there such thing as too much bookishness in our lives?

‘It’s not that there are too many books. There isn’t enough shelf space’, ‘I live for books’, ‘Writing is my life’… These are all phrases we see in bookish merchandise, and we also like saying them. Because it’s true. Books are awesome. That’s we’re here, right?

But there is something to say about all things in excess having the potential to become bad.

Some of us have time management problems

Some of us get carried away. And you what, acknowleging it is healthy. I mention this first bec...

Mara Dyer believes life can't get any stranger than waking up in a hospital with no memory of how she got there.

There is.

She doesn't believe that after everything...

Which Books Would I Burn, Rewrite or Reread?

This has been a long time coming, but I finally got around to doing this tag! Thanks to My1stChapter for indirectly tagging me!

For this tag, go to you ‘read’ shelf on Goodreads and categorize them under, “Random” and pick the first 3 books that appear. Repeat it 4 more times and judge all those books away.

Round 1

Through the Ever Night, by Veronica Rossi

Through the Ever Night is part of the Under the Never Sky series. I loved these books but, there’s always room for...

10 Read-Bait Things that Will Have Me Falling Over Myself to Get a Book

I love books, okay? I love stories in different shapes and sizes, but… There have always been certain concepts and details in stories that when I hear about them?

Hate to Love plots

This kind of stories are tricky because usually, we have the bad boy trope playing for it, and with it, the asshole trope. Because, how else can you get two people to hate each other but by making one a raging jerk? Not necessarily. There could be cultural differences, difficult pasts and other interesting c...

What Inspired You to Book Blog?

I’m pretty sure I’ve answered this question a couple of times before, for tags and maybe a Twitter chat or two. I don’t think I’ve ever really gotten very deep about it. But I want to. 3 years and some is not that long, but it is a feat for me, the kind of person who has been known to leave things unfinished (I’m sorry mom, some day I’ll finish that tulips cross-stitching thing I’ve been working on for the past six years). Anyway, we take breaks, we get burned out again, but we’re always t...
