BACK TO THE FUTURE heads to 2134, Celebs, Desert Cops & Rods

Happy Saturday, folks! Hope your day goes swimmingly, and to ensure it does… how about a BACK TO THE FUTURE CHEVY 3100 MASTERPRINT!!! It’s been an insane week post Soldier Con, as not only did Fireball get Food Poisoning… he kept SKETCHING!! BeastMode ACTIVATED!!

DID YOU KNOW?? Studio Exec Sid Sheinberg did not like the title “Back To The Future.” He sent a memo to Producers Zemeckis and Gale outlining his reasons, and asking to change it to “Spaceman From Pluto.” Luckily, producer Steven Spielberg stepped in and replied to Sheinberg’s memo… with one of his own that simply said: “Sid, thanks for your most humorous memo. We all got a big kick out of it. Thanks, Steven.”

Check out this great Soldier Con two-shot of famous Power Ranger ALYSON KIPERMAN-SULLIVAN and Fireball BEST OF SHOW Car Show Winner KATELYN RODELAS! Even her Pop won too!! Katelyn’s entry was a Custom Bike and boy, was it awesome!

BREAKING BAD, Tribbles, Cadillac Hot Rod & SHARKS!

FRIDAY, THE 13TH has always been a fun day here in the Garage, so let’s start it with a new BREAKING BAD HEISENBERG RV MASTERPRINT! Pretty sure this RV is still in the desert somewhere… or maybe in your back yard! (Smell anything?)

Also, in the aftermath of SOLDIER CON, great shots with stellar Artist HEATHER EDWARDS, some Trouble with TRIBBLES, Fireball’s PRIEST BIKE and epic COSPLAYERS! Plus, Fireball whipsnaps a CADILLAC HOT ROD and out of the Fireball University comes THE MANEATER!!

DID YOU KNOW?? The noises that the tribbles in Star Trek made were a combination of dove coos, screech owl cries, and air escaping from balloons. The pile of Tribbles near the end was actually created by gluing Tribble props around a large wire frame, which William Shatner then stood in the middle of to give the illusion of mass numbers.

Like skydiving without a parachute… silly DANGERBALL… and finally… while in Texas, he got pulled over by the TEXAS LONGHORN POLICE! At first, VERY intimidating and pretty sure he was going to the pokey… but then they turned out to be fans and they just sat on the side of the road eating licorice and bustin’ a Moooo.

Back from SoldierCon in Texas, baby! What an amazing event and BIG THANKS to Carlos Molina of PROJEKT CARS for going the extra mile to make an amazing concept a reality. Several thousand people converged from all over the country and we’ll be posting some great celebrity shots each day as we launch NEW FIREBALL SKETCHES!

First up is Fireball’s new BLUES BROTHER MASTERPRINT Series that’s huge! An amazing Bluesmobile that you can snag, putting YOU ON A MISSION FROM GOD! That is, if being chased through the streets of Chicago was the mission! Whoosh…

Also in El Paso Texas, Fireball hung out with amazing Voice Actor Vic Mignogna (Manana) and Actor Noel G of Fast & Furious the whole weekend with fans, Batmobiles and Comic Craziness. All off the heels of Fireball Art Talk at Disneyland’s RECON EVENT.

SKETCH-WISE today, it’s a super cool Checker Marathon SciFi Custom and a 2024 BMW SEMA M4! So much cool stuff coming and the NEW POSTER for WHEELS AND WAVES is out tomorrow!!

THE BATMAN, Twin-Charged Lighthouse and a Kustom Chevy C10

I get a lot of requests for BATMOBILES as there’s a lot of fans out there for THE BATMAN. And that brings up the question as to what the next film will bring? As you guys know, I did one of the first back in the 80’s and it was a great experience, but the Bat’s gotta evolve. Today, it’s a new MASTERPRINT of the last Batmobile from Robert Pattinson’s THE BATMAN. Known as THE BATTINSON. In flames of course, along with a more elegantly evil Harley Quinn. Pretty sure that Cruella is here SECRET SISTER, eh?

DID YOU KNOW?? The Batman’s Batmobile is a Modified Muscle Car. It’s not quite a perfect match for the Barracuda, as the prop car is likely a custom body, but the resemblance is pretty close. Being so specifically based on an existing car is unusual for recent Batman appearances and sets Reeves’ The Batman movie apart.

Also in today’s blast, Louis Armstrong’s original Classic Cadillac out of the Official WRENCH NATION Coloring Book, some Fireball Friends chuggin’ “the juice” and a Twin-charged LIGHTNING LIGHTHOUSE for those times when ships need a little extra help. You should see the Garage it parks in!!

NEW BATMAN MASTERPRINT, Nascar, Barbie & WHEELS AND WAVES 1!

Welcome to the week as we launch and all-new post Labor Day 1989 BATMAN BATMOBILE MASTERPRINT! This is Fireball’s original design for the film and now comes on Tees, Mugs and even Stickers! Hit the garage to see what’s HOT!

DID YOU KNOW?? For the production of both films, two cars were utilized before Warner Brothers commissioned three additional vehicles for publicity and promotional use including this one and the original just sold for a whopping $1.5 MILLION! It was built on two Chevrolet Impala chassis with Chevy V8s, and was based on and modified from a 1970 Corvette body when previous development with a Jaguar and Ford Mustang failed. A second car was based on an Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible.

Also today, Fireball does NASCAR, an insane EcoJET from the Great Dane Jumping School and BARBIE gets her own BAT! PLUS, Shots from Fireball’s first WHEELS AND WAVES SHOW!

Plus, today’s BEST OF SHOW is a gorgeous PONTIAC KUSTOM WAGON from The Ventura Nationals! WATCH!

It’s Official! The final design for the SEMA DARK DRAGON is the brand new 2024 TOYOTA TRD TACOMA, being built by Carlos Molina and his team at PROJEKT CARS in El Paso, Texas! The truck is gonna be badass and features an amazing DRAGON SKETCH by HEATHER EDWARDS of Dog & Dragon. The background is her piece also… Let the games begin…

BLACK MOON RISING, Camaro, PCH and Battlestar Attack!!

We try to make the Fireball Blast as diverse as CAR CULTURE… and today it’s on with an all-new BLACK MOON RISING MASTERPRINT and Fireball’s CAMARO BURST! Each piece of art inspired by Fireball’s love of CARS and FILM, but kinda shifted on it’s ear! We’re you a fan of the original show?? Whip this on your garage Wall, baby!

DID YOU KNOW?? The Black Moon was based on the 1980 Wingho Concordia II designed by Bernard Beaujardins and Clyde Kwok, made by Wingho Auto Classique in Montreal. Only one of these had been built, so in the movie, a copy of the car cast from a mold was used for stunts, as well as a third replica of the interior only.

“Doing Automotive Art is about story-telling. It’s the same for Diecast and Full Size Car Builds. If you are’nt telling a story, then you aren’t doing your job. It’s the real reason we even go to CAR SHOWS.” -F
