On Monday, the corrupt Fulton County court website briefly posted several charges against Trump – including RICO charges – before the grand jury has even closed!
The charges were briefly posted and taken down without explanation.
Reuters reported:
The Fulton County District Attorney’s office said in a statement that no charges had been filed against Trump.
The document was dated Aug. 14 and named Trump, citing the case as “open,” but is no longer available on the court’s website. Reuters was not immediately able to determine why the item was posted or removed.”The Reuters report that those charges were filed is inaccurate. Beyond that we cannot comment,” a spokesperson for the District Attorney’s office said.
On Monday evening, the grand jury returned 10 indictments in the Georgia 2020 election case but the defendants were not named. The exact charges are unclear at this time.

Hunter Biden’s lawyer Abbe Lowell appeared on CBS’s “Face the Nation” to defend Hunter and Joe’s joint money laundering operation.
Abbe Lowell absurdly claimed there’s no chance Hunter Biden’s foreign business “crossed the line.”
“[Hunter Biden] also had income from a Chinese business conglomerate, an infrastructure investment company, a Ukrainian energy company, a Romanian business. Is there any chance any of this crossed the line?” Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan asked Hunter’s lawyer.
“Five years, thorough investigation!” Lowell said before repeating old, tired talking points that a Trump-appointed prosecutor (Weiss) investigated Hunter.
Of course, Margaret Brennan didn’t even push back on Abbe Lowell’s lies.

In July 2017 Hunter Biden sent a Chinese business associate a threatening WhatsApp message invoking his father Joe’s name:
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. A few weeks later Hunter Biden received a $5 million wire from a Chinese firm.
Last Wednesday the House Oversight Committee released bank records on Hunter Biden’s payments from Russia and Kazakhstan officials.
The report mentions payments from Burisma Holdings, Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina, and Kazakh oligarch Kenes Rakishev.
The payments totaled $20 million to the Biden Crime Family.
In May James Comer identified the NINE Bidens implicated in corruption.
“Joe Biden’s son. Joe Biden’s brother. Joe Biden’s brother’s wife. Hunter Biden’s girlfriend/Beau Biden’s widow, Hunter Biden’s ex-wife. Hunter Biden’s current wife. And 3 children of the president’s son and the president’s brother. So we’re talking about grandchildren – a grandchild. That’s odd. Most people that work hard every day a grandchild doesn’t get a wire from a foreign national,” Comer said.

John’s nonprofit, We Fund The Blue, raises money to give to law enforcement organizations and clean up neighborhoods across the Country. In 2019, Rourke led “Operation Baltimore Cleanup” and picked up TWENTY-SIX TONS of garbage over three days. John and the volunteers also saved the lives of two individuals who overdosed on narcotics.
John Rourke and his team also came to the rescue of residents of East Palestine, Ohio, by delivering tens of thousands of water bottles donated by President Trump following the train derailment and chemical explosion, which thoroughly polluted the waters with toxic chemicals, killed thousands of fish and livestock, and left residents with rashes and other health complications. “When we see something that I feel like the government should be acting, and they’re not, then I’m going to send my trucks in,” Rourke told The Gateway Pundit.
Additionally, Rourke provided relief to residents of Southeast Florida after Hurricane Ian. Rourke even rescued 40 stray dogs while cleaning up the tons of trash left behind by illegal immigrants on the border.
This is truly incredible work that John has dedicated his time and money to. Rourke told us, “We’re tired of the fake news; we’re tired of the all-talk, no-action politicians. So I’m choosing to do the opposite of that. I’m choosing to show you what’s really going on, and I’m taking action by doing the cleanup and donating money to our police department because we raise $10,000 every year through my nonprofit, We Fund The Blue.”
The living conditions for illegal immigrants are like “Naked and Afraid: The Southern Border Edition,” said John. These people are being stuffed into encampments near the border and under the International Bridge in Del Rio by the thousands. New York Post Police Bureau Chief Violently Assaulted by Stranger with Long Rap Sheet During Commute In NYC | The Gateway Pundit
New York Post Bureau Chief Tina Moore was violently assaulted by a stranger on Tuesday.
Moore was punched in the ribs by a parolee with a long rap sheet and her case is going nowhere.
“I was headed to my desk at One Police Plaza downtown on Tuesday when I was punched in the ribs out of the blue by a stranger with a criminal record,” Tina wrote.
She continued, “Even though I did everything I could to help cops catch my attacker — shouting for help, taking pictures as he fled, flagging down an officer, reporting the crime, and helping police identify the suspect — my case is going nowhere, one of so many lost in the system’s inability to act on common sense.”
Moore was able to get a picture of the assailant.

Tina Moore said she had just exited the subway at Chambers Street and was maneuvering her way through tourists when she “suddenly felt a sharp pain and saw a fist pressed into my ribs on the left side.”
She quickly looked down to see if there was blood on her midsection because she had written countless stories about people who had been stabbed.
Gasping and in pain, Moore said she yelled for help.
A nearby bike shop owner shouted at Moore’s attacker.
“What are you doing? You homeless f–k!” the bike shop owner shouted at the assailant. “You just hit a lady!”
Moore said the bike shop owner recognized her attacker and said he had seen him hanging around.
Tina Moore said she snapped a photo of her attacker and was sure with her photo and nearby surveillance video, the police would be able to make an arrest.
Authorites were able to identify the attacker using facial recognition technology, however, since Moore was unable to positively identify the man by looking at digital photographs, police did not make an arrest.
“My inability to positively identify my attacker on paper has stopped the case in its tracks.” Moore wrote.
Detectives just don’t want to deal with Soros-backed Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg so the case it as a standstill.
The dangerous assailant with a long rap sheet is still on the loose because of Alvin Bragg’s policies.
“This, even though they knew who my attacker was and know his record, which includes 12 prior arrests for more serious felony assaults, sources said.” Tina Moore wrote for the New York Post.
She continued, “He’s even on parole until 2025 for criminal possession of a weapon, and is a known emotionally disturbed person, who regularly asks people for cigarettes and money in the area, the sources said.”
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is basically a thug in a suit.

Prosecutors did their homework on Trump’s 1/6 co-conspirators who are reportedly already turning on each other and trying to get shift the blame for the coup plot.
Prosecutors appear to be only too happy to seize on these divisions. Sources who’ve been in the room with special counsel staff tell Rolling Stone that in the past several weeks, the special counsel’s office has signaled that they intend to put pressure on the half dozen “co-conspirators” listed in the Trump indictment. Representatives of the special counsel’s office also appear unusually well-briefed on the existing fissures between members of the Trump post-election endeavors, according to those who have spoken with the office.

Powell in particular has been a major focus of the special counsel’s office, as recently as within the past several days, as Rolling Stone reported last week, with certain Trump allies already providing the Justice Department with what they view as incriminating evidence against Powell.
The fact that Jack Smith and federal prosecutors have so thoroughly researched the relationships between Trump’s co-conspirators and found the pressure points should have everyone involved in the plot very nervous. According to the 1/6 Committee investigation, it was Rudy Giuliani’s idea to say that the election was stolen. Giuliani was also the point person for Trump on pressuring state election officials, and Giuliani has been named in the fake elector scheme.
Powell is also guilty, and she has already faced consequences for her role in trying to overturn the election, but she hasn’t been charged with any crimes yet, but that might be changing.
The idea is for the special counsel to get the co-conspirators to flip on Trump. The failed former president is the big fish. Trump was running all of the plots and schemes in an effort to avoid leaving the White House after he lost to now-President Biden. Trump is who the prosecutors really want, and they have themselves in a position to break his co-conspirators.

But he came crashing down as the scandal broke about him swindling billions of his clients’ money to cover holes in his hedge fund Alameda Research – among an astonishing array of irregularities and fraudulent practices.
SBF’s indictment alleges that ‘he was the mastermind and leader of a multi-year criminal scheme that involved defrauding investors, lenders, and retail customers of billions of dollars, and spending fraud proceeds to corruptly influence United States politics’.
He was arrested in the Bahamas, and after extradition to the US, he had been released to await trial under home confinement in his parents’ house.
But ever since the start or the pretrial hearings, arose the issue of SBF engaging in behavior characterized by prosecutors – and eventually the court – as witness tampering.

As details emerge of the decision by the court, the question became how the disgraced financier will fare in the harsh conditions of the Brooklyn MDC prison.
The Daily Beast reported:
“The former billionaire had repeatedly angered both prosecutors and the court while out on bail following his arrest in December. Most recently, he leaked documents to The New York Times about his former lover Caroline Ellison, who once ran Bankman-Fried’s hedge fund and is likely to be a witness in his trial.
Prosecutors framed the leaks as a possible attempt at witness tampering, both by intimidating Ellison and influencing public perception of her in the media. An assistant U.S. attorney argued in court last month that there was ‘no set of conditions short of detention to ensure the safety of the community’.
Judge Lewis Kaplan agreed with that assessment. ‘The defense says he’s gotten bad press and has a right to try to repair his reputation. Fair enough’, Kaplan said on Friday, according to media outlet Inner City Press. ‘But I find that there is a practical possibility it was intended to have [witnesses] back off’.”
SBF had already gotten in hot water with the court when he contacted FTX’s former general counsel – and potential witness in his case – and said he wanted to ‘reconnect’ and seek a mutually ‘constructive relationship’.
Bankman-Fried’s attorneys will appeal the decision.
Meanwhile, it’s reported he will await trial in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, a prison facility that houses over 1,600 inmates. where high profile individuals like R. Kelly, Ghislaine Maxwell and Martin Shkreli have been imprisoned.

“Former warden at the Jail Cameron Lindsay previously told the New York Times: ‘The M.D.C. was one of the most troubled, if not the most troubled facility in the Bureau of Prisons.’
Ghislaine Maxwell had been held at the facility in 2021 and while behind bars her lawyers complained she was underfed, losing her hair, given meals with plastic melted into the food, having to drink contaminated water and could smell overflowing toilets.”
There is no fresh, clean air, no sunlight, no outdoor time. Former owner of Vyera Pharmaceuticals, Martin Shkreli was also held at MDC while he awaited trial for lying to investors and embezzling money.
“His lawyer said at the time: ‘It’s not a rehabilitative facility. There’s no schooling there, there’s no classes there. The worst part is there’s no real outdoors space. It’s just a place to warehouse human beings’.”

Trump Seems Very Afraid Of The Looming Georgia Indictment
Trump is making it clear how worried about and how much he fears his upcoming indictment for election crimes in Georgia.
The former president posted on Truth Social:
Why is “Phoney” (Like in PERFECT “PHONE” CALL, get it?) Fani Willis, the severely underperforming D.A. of Fulton County who is being accused of having an “affair” with a Gang Member of a group that she is prosecuting, leaking my name in regard to a Grand Jury pertaining to Election Fraud & Irregularities that I say took place in Georgia. I made a PERFECT PHONE CALL OF PROTEST. What does Phoney Fani have to do with me? She should instead focus on the record number of murders in Atlanta!
The only Election Interference that took place in Fulton County, Georgia, was done by those that Rigged and Stole the Election, not by me, who simply complained that the Election was Rigged and Stolen. We have Massive and Conclusive Proof, if the Grand Jury would like to see it. Unfortunately, the publicity seeking D.A. isn’t interested in Justice, or this evidence. Also, as in Manhattan, the corrupt DOJ is pushing hard trying to keep Biden in Office. The whole system is dishonest and broken!
It is hilarious on one level that Trump defines a call where he pressures election officials and threatens to charge them with crimes a ‘perfect call of protest.
Why would a candidate call state election officials to protest?
The proper format for legal recourse is the judicial system, not the secretary of state.
The only reason why a defeated candidate would call the secretary of state is if that person wanted the results changed. However, since sane people understand that the secretary of state administers elections but can’t change results, the only conclusion that can be reached is that Donald Trump wanted the secretary of state to break the law.
It is as if Trump doesn’t know that there is audio of his call and much of the country has heard it.
Trump is trying to convince the nation that prosecutors in multiple jurisdictions and their staffs are all engaged in a conspiracy against him, which is being led by the President Of The United States. This conspiracy is so airtight, unlike the ones that Trump masterminded, that no one is talking about it.
There is not a trace of it anywhere.
Donald Trump isn’t making a counterargument. He isn’t offering a defense. Trump is scared because he knows that the indictment against him in Georgia could stick.
