Trump Is Having A Temper Tantrum Because Nikki Haley Won’t Drop Out

Trump is reportedly privately asking people around him why Nikki Haley didn’t drop out of the race after losing New Hampshire as he has increased threats and attacks against her.

Trump’s tantrum spilled out during his victory speech when he threatened Haley:

And just a little note to Nikki. She’s not gonna win, but if she did, she would be under investigation by those people in 15 minutes. And I could tell you five reasons why already, not big reasons, a little stuff that she doesn’t want to talk about, but she will be under investigation within minutes.

Trump really thought that Haley was going to quit after losing New Hampshire even though she gave no indication that a loss would cause her to end her campaign.

Donald Trump isn’t taking his smaller than expected margin of victory well in New Hampshire. If Haley stays in the race through Super Tuesday, Trump might lose what little is left of his mind.

Biggest iPoker winter event surpasses expectations

The Elite Series Winter Edition has become iPoker’s biggest-ever network event, eclipsing forecasted figures.

The event, held between December 1 of last year and January 16, 2024, saw more than 800 tournaments.

With close to a €10 million ($10.8m) total prize pool, the Elite Series Winter Event had buy-ins ranging from €3 ($3.2) to €1,000 ($1,800).

There was a Guaranteed (GTD) of €20,000 ($21,000) or higher for those taking part, as reports Gambling Insider.

When a tournament has a “guarantee” it means that the minimum amount of money in a prize pool is at least this amount stated. So even if there aren’t enough players to make up a prize pool, the organizers ensure that the guarantee or GTD amount is at the very least available for participants.

The event reached a global audience of 33,000 players overall from 92 different countries.

Marat Kross, Playtech VP of interactive gaming said “We are thrilled with the results delivered in our latest iPoker Elite Series Winter Edition, which was the largest and most successful series in iPoker Network history; surpassing the guaranteed prizes in multiple tournaments across the series.

HMD Global tipped to ditch Nokia with own-branded phone

HMD Global may ditch its prominent Nokia branding for its next phone.

That’s the claim being made by 91mobiles, which carries a render of a new handset with the Finnish smartphone manufacturer’s very own name on the back of it.

As you can see, the new phone is fairly plain-looking, which would imply that it’s going to be another affordable-to-mid-range offering. That rear panel certainly looks like a plasticky material to us, especially with the lack of apparent antenna lines.

The website reckons that the first self-branded HMD phone could hit the Indian market in April, though a global launch is expected. Previous IMEI database showings suggest that the company is working on at least two phones, though there’s a chance they’re simply regional or mobile operator-specific variants.

If you’ve been aware of Nokia’s reappearance as a maker of mostly cheap Android smartphones, you may not realise that it’s actually a licensing exercise of sorts. HMD Global obtained the rights to apply the Nokia name to mobile hardware back in 2016.

Of course, the fact that the company was started by former Nokia executives, and originally set up shop opposite Nokia HQ, gives the company a certain ‘Nokia 2.0’ vibe.

The last HMD-built Nokia phone we reviewed was the Nokia G42 5G, a sub-£200 handset with strong battery life, a distinctive design, and a commendably long software support promise. We awarded the phone a very positive 4-star review, calling it “a solid phone” that achieves the rare thing of standing out from the budget crowd.

The US Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Biden Regime and allowed Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire installed by the state of Texas on the Texas-Mexico border.

In a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court granted Biden’s emergency request.

This was the 9th time that the Supreme Court has sided with the Biden Regime out of 14 emergency applications.

Correcting a typo in the above: It’s the *9th* time overall that the Court has granted an emergency application from the Biden administration (plus three denials where DOJ ended up winning on the merits).

But the Fifth Circuit totals are as stated.

Joe Biden’s border patrol agents are cutting razor wire fencing private property on the southern border to allow illegal aliens to enter the U.S. undeterred. And the US Supreme Court today approved this lawlessness and the absolute destruction of American sovereignty.

Gov. Greg Abbott (R) previously installed about 30 miles of razor wire at the Texas-Mexico border near Eagle Pass to stop the flood of illegal aliens being let in by the Biden administration.

Palworld urges Xbox players to avoid feature amid bug fixes – where it can be played

Developers for Palworld, the action-adventure survival game on Steam, have called on players to avoid using a certain feature until it completes several significant bug fixes.

The game, having already sold 5,000,000 copies in three days, is considered a huge success, boasting the second-highest ever concurrent player count for any paid game on the video game platform. However, users have encountered several issues, with Pocket Pair acknowledging it has received over 50,000 user reports.

The Japanese developer warned against using the ‘Memory Reset Drug,’ which was reportedly raised as an issue on their Discord server, according to TechRaptor. Pocket Pair stated on its Discord channel: “We have submitted a patch for Xbox that addresses some of the issues that have been reported.

“We haven’t received any word about the status of this yet, but we have been trying to get in touch so we can expedite the process. As soon as we know more, we will share it with you immediately,” it added.

Many users took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to report bug-related issues while congratulating the developers on creating Palworld.

What consoles will Palworld be on?

At the moment, Palworld is available on Xbox One, and as there is no exclusivity deal with Microsoft, it’s free to launch on other consoles at any time. As a result, The Gamer reports that if it does come to PlayStation, it would likely be cross-generation.

Responding to gamers wanting to see it on PS5, Pocket Pair said in its FAQs, “We don’t have plans for this at the moment, but will consider it during development!” There has been no mention of a Nintendo Switch launch.

There is also a restriction on Xbox, as IGN reported that Palworld does not allow for dedicated servers, and so it only allows for 4-player co-op instead of 32-players.

“We’d like to have dedicated servers on Xbox but it’s unfortunately not up to us and is quite difficult to negotiate at this time!” a Pocket Pair representative said. “But… we are trying!”

In the meantime, a new Palworld mod will be unveiled tomorrow, which has swapped out all the Pals and other characters for Pokemon.

In-N-Out Burger Restaurant Closing in Oakland, California Over Rampant Crime Problem | The Gateway Pundit

The city of Oakland, California is losing their only In-N-Out Burger restaurant due to the city’s ongoing crime problem. The restaurant is profitable, but they can’t deal with the constant armed robberies, car beak-ins and more.

Crime in Oakland has been on the rise for months on end. The city has a Soros-backed DA who is currently facing a recall effort.

This is a good reminder that crime has a very real effect on the quality of life in a community. When the criminals rule, everyone else suffers.

The FOX Business Network reports:

Oakland, California’s only In-N-Out restaurant closing due to crime

A Bay Area In-N-Out Burger location is going to be shutting its doors due to crime.

The restaurant is the only one in Oakland, California. The company told FOX Business that regular car break-ins, property damage, theft and armed robberies of customers and employees led to the decision to shut down.

“We are grateful for the local community, which has supported us for over 18 years, and we recognize that this closure negatively impacts our Associates and their families,” Chief Operating Officer Danny Warwick said in a statement. “Additionally, this location remains a busy and profitable one for the company, but our top priority must be the safety and wellbeing of our Customers and Associates – we cannot ask them to visit or work in an unsafe environment.”

The fast-food company said they have unsuccessfully taken “repeated steps” to deter crime and maximize safety.

Best mods for Palworld – ReadWrite

Just a few days into the Early Access period of Palworld and a few million sales later, we are now starting to see the first batch of mods arriving, including a promised (but will probably not last) full Pokemon overhaul of the game which replaces all the Pals with actually real-life (er, you know what we mean) Pokemon.

Nexusmods is the source of all good mods for 1000s of games, and at the moment we don’t have a Steam Workshop for Palworld, that is where we shall head for the mods on this page. There are noticeably a couple of Pokemon mods on there at the time of writing – ones which will turn your character into either Ash or… oh hang on we have refreshed and they have now gone, so it is definitely going to be like that when it comes to Nintendo based ones as expected.

There are plenty of other mods appearing, however, most of which at this stage promise improvements to the way the game runs. These are great, but at this stage, we are expecting a flurry of patches from the devs so they could easily turn into game breakers sooner rather than later – make sure you make a backup of any files you are about to overwrite with mods to be on the safe side.

Of course, if the worst comes to worst, just delete everything and reinstall, being careful to keep your save file if you attached to progress.

Mamet is a big fan of Donald Trump and he recently talked about it with a member of the press.

You have to give Mamet credit. He works in an incredibly leftist field, but it doesn’t cause him to censor himself at all. He speaks what he believes fearlessly.

It’s his comments about Trump, the GOP’s likely presidential candidate, which might cause even liberals willing to give Mamet the benefit of the doubt pause, if not indigestion.

The feature, still in the testing phase, enables users to input prompts to create lyrics and choose from genres like pop, EDM, and hip-hop. This foray into AI-generated music is not yet available to the broader TikTok community but has already garnered attention for its unique approach.

Powered by a sophisticated language model named Bloom, “AI Song” has yielded a variety of results. Some users have shared videos featuring off-key vocals and unusual lyrics, ranging from EDM tracks about editing TikToks on iPhones to pop ballads about making concrete. The unpredictability and diversity of AI-generated music are clearly evident in these early examples.

A TikTok representative confirmed to Business Insider that the platform is testing the feature, which may undergo a name change. “AI Song” merges AI-generated lyrics with music from an existing catalog, offering a blend of technological innovation and creative expression.

Navigating the challenges of AI in music

However, TikTok’s exploration into AI music has not been without its challenges. The platform previously encountered issues with “Heart on my sleeve,” an AI track mimicking popular artists Drake and the Weeknd, leading to its removal from Spotify and YouTube over copyright claims. Additionally, renowned artist Bad Bunny openly criticized an AI-generated song using his voice, expressing strong disapproval for its listeners.
