Inklet #42 – A Sci Fi Double Issue

So, Inklet #42 came out this week, hurrah! It’s a double issue with two (very) short stories in it, The Claustrophobia Of Loneliness and Adam, Be A Star.









On the moon, the sole survivors of a terrestrial plague keep each other company.





But when you have the whole moon to fill, two is a very small number.





Can they persevere, for the sake of the human race, their lives—and their sanity?

About Time For An Update

Phew. Okay. The blog still exists. The power still works. Water hasn’t gone mouldy in the sink. Good good.

The last month has been kind of… tumultuous, and keeping my head on straight has taken pretty much all of my energy. However, things seem to be clearing a bit now and I feel like I can come up for air

Laughing Foxes Are Kind Of Creepy, TBH

Honestly, if you haven’t a) been around foxes or b) spent hours researching them on YouTube for a book you’re writing (hi, I’ll let you guess which one applied to me), you will be SHOCKED by the sheer, amazing range of noises they can make. Especially creepy noises, ermagersh.





Anyway, today, in honour of the fact that I’ve finished packing A Fox Of Storm And Starlight Fan Kits (just waiting on the snacks now, wheehee!!), have a short lil video clip of some (creepily) laughing foxes
