One Good Thing
Today was a nervous one for our family. My brother Brent had the first part of his brain surgery today. They opened up the skull and are observing it before the second part later this week. It went very well. We've become familiar with brain surgeries, me and my family. This is the fifth one we've gone through. Brent's had two, my father had one, my sister, and, of course, me, all for the same condition. I'm hoping we've paid our karmic debt. Anyway, I'm just glad everything went well. Defini...

One Good Thing
Sundays I usually take it easy. Easy like...well, Sunday morning. I don't write. Not even on outlines. I find it recharges me much like my Sunday break from working out. But today I felt like writing.
And boy howdy, did I!
I wrote on both manuscripts I'm working on. My normal routine is alternating weeks. But today they both called to me. I started the day working on my mainstream horror novel, tentatively titled "The Rascal", and then shifted to my new gay romantic comedy-ish novel for Dreamsp...

One Good Thing
I received a copy of the new book
Counterpoint: Dylan's Story
from the author herself, Ruth Sims. She's an incredible writer and her stories are always sweeping gay romances. The kind the Bronte sisters would have been proud to call their own. Ruth sent me this as a gift for helping her out and she signed it with a very sweet note. This is one of the best things about being a writer in the small gay writing world. You get to meet some beautiful, amazing people. Thank you, Ruth! You're definit...

Francois on Film!
Director Christophe Honore brings us one of the sexiest men in the world, Francois Sagat, to the mainstream film going public with "Homme Au Bain." He's a very famous French porn actor, mostly in gay films, and we even get to see his amazing booty in this trailer (NSFW). Thanks to Doug for the heads up.
