Ah…that’s better.
This is much better. At least for me.
A week ago I decided to bring the websites into one. ONE hub. ONE place to get information. This way I don’t have 3 websites to try and maintain but just one. I took a few days, uploaded areally cool theme I liked, and started working on it (as a few friends emailed me and said “Your website is wonky,” attested).
The front page will change periodically as new things are released. I might put a slider back in, or I might not. That’s what makes the Divi Theme...

Taking 7 Days
We’re being dronned!
Starting tomorrow (Wednesday October 22), I’ll be working on the website, updating all of them. Therefore, I’m taking a break from posting as well, since the posts would pretty much consist of “got up, worked on website, went to bed” and so on. Lots of stuff happening, lots of revising.

As cryptic as that sounds, I think a lot of people understand it. Especially if you have a mac like I do.
Not a lot of writing done today, but there was a lot of …. cleaning out old habits and reconsidering the definition of insanity.

WMD 10/19 Family Day
Today was spent at mom’s. The other half of my brain’s mom came by to meet my mom — we decided these two women together can be dangerous. They got along incredibly well.
I see an episode of half of the Golden Girls on the horizon.
Spent the rest of the day with mom and got home a little late. It was great!
Got home and after feeding angry cats screaming “Where did you go?!” I unpacked and looked at my schedule and… this weekend put me two days behind.
Can I catch up? Yes!

WMD 10/18 Day of Prep
We’re heading to my mom’s for an overnight visit so we got laundry finished, dishes finished (GASP!), as well as trash, sweeping and a few other things. So most of the day was spent getting this done before we head out.
I did sit down and go over the SR story with just a read through and made notes and edits. I found a few places where I repeated myself (a bad habit of mine) and where I had seriously egregious miss-spellings. Yikes! But I also found where I can cut out a few thousand words whi...

WMD 10/17 Yosemite
Yeah, I went ahead and updated to the new OS. So far I like it, though it did ground my iMac (older machine) down to a snail’s pace. I spent most of the morning cleaning that machine. I burned off 3 DVDs of old files, deleted old versions of apps and apps I no longer used.
This took all of my morning, up until about 1:00 ish. Yeah, probably wasn’t the most productive move but after I did all of that, I actually started a serious organization of the larger machine. I figured…if I write faster a...

WMD 10/16 Cover Work
Yep. After yesterday’s writing, I used today as Admin day and got a lot of stuff out of the way.
After morning drop off and a nice long walk, I closed myself into my office to work on new covers (I’m re-releasing / rebranding a few things), worked on the Beats website (didn’t get that finished as fast as I wanted).
Took a break for lunch and watched news…then did a really bad thing. I watchedthe first episode of The Black List. And then the I watched the second episode. And then the third!
