since there are no vaccine regulations whatsoever regarding interstate travel say between California and Massachusetts, and there haven't been any related 'passports' in the past 14 months or so either, would it be alright, Ed, if I gave my mother an opportunity to ask you possible questions as a friend and MD about TRAVELING - since, Ma, you seem to have some possible medically-related questions.

Do you know also Ed about the bad actors (I'm assuming) in the KP system (and in all 8 KP states) - criminal employees even, in a distributed way now? - and re risks other than molecular level side effects (from quite a few vaccines), and some deaths too (pre FDA clinical trials) - and that I can't for ex ask for a specific brand of vaccine from KP (I read)?  I certainly had a bad time last year with Covered california - awful even - and eventually had a hearing even with a state of CA judge on the phone ... and got coverage in KP in a different way (able to retain my Stanford trained primary care MD:).

Following up on these 1) WUaS Monthly Business Meeting emails today, 2) whether John Hennessey might help by coming in conversation with edX CEO Anant Agarwal, regarding the question mark of  'edX-WUaS Impasse?', and 3) re my attending a Stanford Medicine Drug Discovery conference online on Monday and Tuesday on behalf of WUaS  .... 

It would be great for WUaS to work with Pfizer on aging reversal genetic drug therapies and even clinical trials (which have had fewer side effects reported than Moderna, for example, I've read) - and even in collaboration with Stanford - and re this Stanford Medicine Drug Discovery conference ...
Clinical trials are unfolding with the Coronavirus pandemic - in a topsy turvy way, since they should have been carried out by the FDA BEFORE vaccine administration, to protect Americans' health. Health issues (e.g. blood clots forming from AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson's vaccines) with them, and deaths too, are growing, ... Scary SCEPTICISM-evoking stuff ... Glad I carry a vaccine 'passport' now in my pocket - and as the pseudo-clinical-trials' testing - not by the FDA - unfolds on a large scale, worldwide even, on the public! The internet News' media hasn't been warning about the risks of non-FDA approved vaccines at the molecular level, I think, too. 
Hopefully aging reversal genetic drug therapies will undergo extensive clinical trials by the FDA.
It would be great to collaborate with the best organization designing genetic therapies - with their collection of knowledgeable bodyminds - and could Pfizer be this (in comparison with Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Johnson and Johnson)? To be seen.

We are standing by to support WUaS, however, we are not able to move forward with any academic partnerships and legal agreements without funding to support WUaS students.

However, in our emailing recently, the communications from edX regarding the edX-WUaS partnering seem to be changing and contradictory with each email. WUaS continues to miss opportunities (and over months too) for launching and letting our prospective students plan to matriculate (now on 9/1/21, having missed our May 1, 2021 goal for offering preliminary courses via edX to our matriculating PhD and Bachelor degrees students). So I'm reaching out to you as edX CEO to seek to prepay for our WUaS students and thus our edX-WUaS legal partnering documents please too. 
If WUaS were to prepay edX for our prospective ~5 WUaS students (for both PhD and Bachelor degree programs, taking a first WUaS year of edX courses, toward WUaS degrees) with our edX-WUaS agreed-upon $349 per student per year for unlimited edX courses, could we please receive these documents soon (and since WUaS doesn't have $50,000 to pay for an edX dashboard integration into WUaS G-Suite for Education)? As you may know CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch is planning online major universities, offering Bachelor, PhD, Law, MD and IB high school degrees, in each of all ~200 countries in their official and main languages, and also wiki schools for open teaching and learning for speakers of all 7,139 known living languages, - and, brainstorming-wise, to code for all 7.8 Billion people on the planet as wiki teachers and learners (and for a number of other reasons too) - so the growth potential for edX is enormous.

As you may know CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch is planning online major universities, offering Bachelor, PhD, Law, MD and IB high school degrees, in each of all ~200 countries in their official and main languages, and also wiki schools for open teaching and learning for speakers of all 7,139 known living languages, - and, brainstorming-wise, to code for all 7.8 Billion people on the planet as wiki teachers and learners (and for a number of other reasons too) - so the growth potential for edX is enormous.

These pics just popped up in Google Photo, from 12 years ago, from this day in 2009: I had just moved into 670A (formerly 86) Ridgecrest Road, Canyon 94516 around December 1, 2008, and had been doing field work -1 month in, 1 month out of Harbin - the year before, in 2008.

Am struck a bit by how I look, chameleon-like, a little like a 'dude' from Middletown, CA, or Lake County in these pictures (having been soaking a fair amount in the Harbin pools too:). AAAAm kind of wishing too that I might have image recognition machine learning search software (with privacy too) for my own hard drive to find the photos that might have the Harbin "Stammtisch" table sign in them, which was in the Blue Room cafe forever, - with the AI  searching on the "Stammtisch" WORD in pictures on my hard drive even. This AI could be on the cusp of usefulness, but not as user friendly as Google search algorithms yet potentially. 
Am curious in what ways would it be possible to add such image recognition software to both my hard drive, as well as to 'pipe' or UPLOAD all such relevant Harbin photos (with their 'provenance' of place where taken, date of photo etc) into a #RealisticVirtualHarbin (a single #RealisticVirtualEarth for everything, and at the cellular and atomic levels too) -  https://twitter.com/hashtag/RealisticVirtualHarbin?src=hashtag_click - via a new kind of ethno-wiki-virtual-world-graphy - even ?

Ed, from your perspective as a Kaiser Permanente MD, how might I best approach filling the federal US Post Office form (and also regarding MIT-OCW-centric World University and School's address) per what I emailed yesterday (and below). By April 30, 2021, I'd like to hand in the"Living in a 'SAFE HOUSE' - re Canyon 94516, & "UU Church of Kensington Berkeley" thread too"
 form which I attached to my email to all of you yesterday - or a different USPO form to retain the WUaS PO Box there in Canyon 94516. Ed, your mentioning on our Wildcat Canyon hike a few weeks ago the word "Yo" backwards, and twice, when you were hiking ahead of me, is one questions here, and regarding your saying then that "negotiations are underway" (am not clear what exactly this referred to). Also I suspect that property ownership deed may be in big disarray from a legal perspective (and regarding the idea of 'individuals,' and in the law of the state of California) since 'cultural' ownership questions in Canyon are probably very entangled.

I've photographed and attached to this email the "USPO No-Fee Post Office BoxRenewal Notice / Annual Verification" form. 
I'm thinking about writing:
On the form ... Name: Professor / Pres. Scott Gordon K MacLeod - - - Business Organization Name: World Univ & Sch (WUaS) 
My physical address is: 670 (formerly 86) Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon CA 94156 Tel. 415 480 4577email address: sgkmacleod@gmail.com 

... and under this 'physical address' line on the front of the form ... "but I'm living in a 'SAFE HOUSE,' having called the local Moraga Police in September 2020 to report at least 3 illegal break ins, ... "
... and on the back side of the form ... " ... entries, and numerous thefts over the past 12 years, and where a Sheriff D Lynch came to my door at 670A Ridgecrest, to take a report after the second call I made to the Moraga police. The last illegal break in, when I was asleep, with evidence left on the floor, could have potentially involved force (rape? or possibly a gun). The SAFE HOUSE address I'm living in is 1749 Arlington Blvd, El Cerrito, CA 94530."

While it would probably be easy to pay the USPO Fee, and keep this USPO post office box number for myself and WUaS ... 
I see this form as a possible legal document opportunity to 'claim this 670 property' even - and in a legal USPO (historical) document - and potentially to further document in a different way with the USPO federal agency possible crimes by mentally ill former landlord t.w. ... and perhaps provide further grounds even for federal and state authorities to protect potential victims and innocents from him (NEEDS further evidence, or evidence I'm not in possession of) in the future. 
In doing so, I could even eventually find myself in possession of this 670 Ridgecrest property - in a cleaned up Canyon, and have made Canyon safer too. What do you think?

Who at the USPO would read this form? Would the USPO 'police,' - and could even the head of USPO read this form? What would USPO lawyers do with this? In what context regarding 'cleaning up' Canyon - and protecting minors even - would this 'No-Fee Post Office Box" form that I fill out be read?  (Having whistle-blown, too, quite loudly about the SF Quaker Meeting in 2017 in some of these regards (and UC Berkeley too), I don't know the legal narratives going on in the background of Canyon, whatsoever - and re a hypothetical federal clean up relating to the illegal international s.. industry for example).
But perhaps the USPO will just file this form away, not reading the back of it. 

But, in seeking to do fill out this form with integrity, and ethically (and re whistle-blowing further, and in a federal agency, with an Post Office in Canyon 94516) - and perhaps also possibly moving a key 'international illegal s.. industry perpetrator, offender and criminal' (t.w., I hypothesize) away from Canyon - I'm wondering about the implications of some of the above, which is why I'm writing to you re possible dialogue even.
I could just fill out this form with a version of the above, and not come into conversation with you, but think it could be a good idea to learn what you think? 
Thoughts, questions, ideas, suggestions? 
It could be great to turn 670A Ridgecrest Road, Canyon, CA 94516 into a "SAFE HOUSE" itself - teaching Yoga there too (regarding my daily Yoga practice), and regarding the whole "Thank you, thank you, thank you - re not Canyon!" thread too - if Canyon 94516 could be cleaned up successfully.

Following up on this walking to the UU Church of Kensington Berkeley email thread, and your call back to me, Pin, when I called you from there the other day:
although I'm not drawn to become a UU Minister, like I think my Dad had thought of doing - and my parents met and married in the UU Church of Cincinnati interestingly - I am curious here to explore teaching Yoga again a bit around this time of 10:30 am PT of an experimental Stammtisch (on April 10, 2021 - community conversation 'tribe' table, in German, online) in the future. My vision for teaching Yoga - although I've dropped out off of Angela Farmer and Victor Van Kooten's emailings (am a drop out here in a 1960's sense too and potentially for 'the good' - and will update this about this at some point - http://www.scottmacleod.com/yoganotations.html) - is inspired by their explorations in part, but am seeking a bit more of a good ethical perspective. And if I were to teach Yoga in what's now called 'the shop' at 670 Ridgecrest Road, Canyon 94516 - but perhaps virtually especially, at this time on Saturdays, like I've taught Yoga before in Canyon around this time in 670A Ridgecrest Road, I think virtual teaching from the shop would facilitate great approaches to teaching Yoga in new ways.
How best to think through - Yoga-wise too (re ethics and also 'strong energies' perhaps) - the filling out of the US Post Office post office box form? I (and World Univ & Sch) just got this annual form (and the USPO probably has 12 or 13 of these forms, since 2008 or so) in the mail yesterday, when I went over to Canyon. More about this soon, and I'd welcome your thinking.

Invitation to Cuttyhunk ... I'm planning to be there in July, and would like to invite you to visit if you're in the Boston area. Come over for a day or a couple of nights to visit. 
1) USPO form for Canyon, by April 30th
2) WUaS tax form with Canyon PO Box, or ? by April 15th?
3) invite ... to video conference, & to Cuttyhunk? How?
4) am still living in a 'safe house' - in calling the Moraga police last summer twice while living in Canyon. Is Canyon becoming safe from criminal activity - and what's the role of law enforcement here? And how can we know? 
Have been a whistle blower in recent years re SF Quaker Meeting, Stanford, UC Berkeley /Law, and Canyon, - and in other ways ... Hence safe house too ... Is change of these cultures in the direction of more and better ethics happening - thanks to what's emerging from the coronavirus pandemic and even legal thinking/writing with law enforcement with internet media with institutions like medicine - and writing / emailing? C'est possible! :)
